I didn’t like how sometimes the staff spam the bell and dont wait until we answer. also the tv is very boring and limited which made the room boring. for this value it shouldve had more entertainment and bluetooth speakers

Honestly, I can't think of any thing at all

The Location and room view was phenomenal The Pool on 54 view and vibe was breathtaking and we both enjoyed every moment Breakfast was outstanding and so much variety to choose from The same restaurant at night offered us an dinner we have never seen of its like, completely amazing cuisine selectins and tastes The rooms dining is rarely seen in any other hotel and only comparable to the Address at JBR All staff were extremely cooperative and helpful and maintain a very high level of professionalism and dedication to pleasing the guests The room was keep so clean it was just delightful to go out for the day and come back to see the room so clean and tidy We were celebrated on our last breakfast on the 9th day of our stay as the restaurant staff wished us well on departure and gave us a beautify chocolate cake I can go on, but I would sincerely recommend it to my friends and business partners We arrived very early on check-in and were accommodated immediately and welcomed with so much hospitality. Let us speechless. Equally on check-out I had a noon meeting and the front desk immediately arranged for a late check-out for us. Thanks you to all the staff, management, chefs and pool team

What a hotel! The most amazing room with incredible facilities, a balcony with a superb view of the Burj Khalifa. An infinity pool that has to be seen to be believed. But more than that, I would like to single out staff members Ruby, Esther, and Zayed for mention, as they were the most engaging, friendly, efficient, and when I had a moment of stress thinking I had lost my passport, amazingly helpful (yep, of course I had put it in my room safe and forgot about it!). I would 1000% stay here again. The staff here will make you feel like you are the owner of the hotel. Really.

There was not much to dislike. The only thing would be the time the swimming (infinity) pool is open. Its open from 9am to sunset, which we felt was limiting, given that the city lights come on after sunset and it would have been amazing to witness that from the infinity pool. Other hotels like Marina Bay Sands have their infinity pool open till late for this very reason.

Our stay at Address Sky View was nothing short of amazing! The service provided by the staff from the welcome at reception with the check-in process, to the meticulous room service, to the outstanding service at the breakfast restaurant was 5 stars! The staff at reception are super lovely and helped us check in early. The hotel and room is super clean and luxurious. There are 3 pools of which the infinity pool at the top with the view of the Burj is supreme. The hotel is also in Downtown Dubai close to all the major attractions in Dubai and internally connected to Dubai mall (that was awesome!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at Address Sky View when you're in Dubai. We will definitely be back.

The club room was amazing and George was great on the desk and Bernard serving was eager to please. I think the man on reception was called Jamie and he was extremely accommodating for check in and check out, would definitely stay again.

Staff. The hotel has a pool and bar at the top. A waiter informed me there will be ladies night in the evening so I went to the door girl and asked for reservation. She looked at me and said it’s fully booked. However, my friend went again and was able to get reservation. So what was that about? Completely ruined the stay for me otherwise everything was great.
