Improve the ater pressure in the higher floor and make customers aware of it in advance.

General cleanlines meet my expectaion. Thec water pressure for shower and bath in the 13th floor was very low. Otherwise nothing to critise anything. The satff at the recetion area were very freindly and coooperative. The domestic straf (cleareners) were very good and efficient. Particualry Mr C Sahoo who was lawys ontime and doing good room cleaning job.

The breakfast is simple and not many options to eat except to have eggs so don't pay extra for that most of hotels in Dubai have similar situation. Also the bathroom facilities are old and there are sometimes sounds of water coming from the drain which is annoying.

It is a good hotel close to metro and Derira city center.

nice person in the reception, but debited my account on wrong amount before we check in for the purpose of reservation so may card been hold for high value than the correct value of our room. luckily i have balance in my account. then corrected upon check in.

Although the metro station is near, the location is still far from the main attractions of Dubai.

Very close to the metro station and the Deira City Centre mall (a very big mall). Also, the location is close to the airport (took me under 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport by the metro). Very comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. Good breakfast. Very good cleaning service of the room, I few times left the room as late as 6 PM and every time the room had been cleaned when I came back.

The room was big but clearly old and could really use a bit of a makeover. Shower was old and the bath was really worn. Breakfast was large but the food really wasn’t great.

It’s a good location and the staff is very nice.

Swimsuit required for kids to access pool facility, even tough the person allow my kids to swim in mini pool for day 1. For next day he ask to bring swimming suit along with kids

It was great experience, property is so nice and cleaned. They really follow the standards up to the mark. Staff was trained and well mannered. Everything there is value for money

Staff were not all always genuinely friendly. Some were grumpy especially by reception. They did their job but it was just that a job.

What I didn’t like is before I checked in. I called the hotel to asked if we can do late check out at 2pm since I read their policy which I respected that’s why I called the property and Message through booking.com and they said it is WELL NOTED. They don’t have proper Communication. So I asked again in the reception. I think he is the duty manager he was on duty around 11:45pm and they said he can allow us to stay around 1:30pm. I was happy about that but the next day around 11:00am our wifi was not working at all even though they knew we are gonna check out at 1:30pm. I know it’s only one night we booked but you could have at least waited for us to check out not like you are throwing us out. I’m still grateful for the upgraded suite even though I didn’t asked. I work in the hotel also so I know the procedures. I’m never coming back to this hotel again.

It was our first time in the hotel and it was nice facilities and near in DCC and they upgraded us to Suite. And thank you for the hospitality of Ali and Kairul they were the first one who greeted us with smile.
