Indiathe 9 I gave was because of the lighting in the room. there were only lamps and no overhead light so the room wasn’t bright enough for me to sit at the table to do my work. also the only point for charging my phone was far from the bed so I had to keep getting up at night to check the phone. the breakfast spread was enough but unfortunately preparations were not very tasty.
it was located close to shops and eateries. the staff was helpful and a special word for Guest relations officer Supriya who served with a smile. my room - deluxe double room was nice and spacious.

TurkeyThe light in the room is not thought through so it’s dark in the room even in the day time. In our room two single beds were placed together to make one bed for couple but we still could feel the seam between them. There was only one bed table for two people
The hotel is quite decent, with spacious comfortable rooms, well-equipped gym, nice outdoor swimming pool on the roof and delicious breakfast. The location is really close to bus station Al Ghubaiba with buses to Abu Dhabi and to historical area Al Fahidi. The street outside is a bit noisy but the sound isolation of the window is really great! Every staff member we contacted with was incredibly polite and helpful!

PolandThe location is perfect. Close to the subway and bus station but also nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is bustling but you can't hear that in the hotel. The service was very kind. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a mistake that towels were not left after cleaning, but the problem was solved very quickly. A pool is available at the top of the hotel, unfortunately only from 9 to 18. You can rent bath towels. Free luggage storage was not a problem either. I highly recommend!

GreeceIt was a little far away from main attractions like dubai marina and the palm. We had to take the metro for about 40 minutes in order to reach there.
Very nice hotel . Big comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room every day. We had free bottles of water every day and also some froots. Close to the metro 5 to 7 minutes walk.

South KoreaBreakfast is just so so. We've eaten for 5days, there aren't many choices. Feels like same everyday. But we liked fruits.
I'm from South Korea and stayed triple room for 5 days with my daddy, nephew. Room's spacious and better than I've expected it will be. I was looking for room with 3beds and spacious around this area, Dubai Creek. It wasn't easy but finally I got here. Room service was good. As I remember, Numen takes care of our room and I found the room's always tidy and clean after coming back from our trip. Crews at the restaurant are all kind. Especially, the female manager wearing grey uniform who ask us about our staying every morning and guy with white shits are very friendly. Also, the service from restaurant crews, one small and one tall guys who took care of our dinner is vey good. Especially, small guy, he's very polite and kind. very much satisfied with his service. And finally, Location is quite good to access a bus terminal for Abu Dhabi and city central. In general, we're satisfied with this hotel except breakfast.
