One day a hotel employee came in the middle of the night, waking us up because they had some error occurred in system during check-in, although we had already stayed at the hotel for two days. This moment was not very pleasant, but overall everything was fine.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and nice, tasty food, good location and amazing view from the window on the night city.

As everyone says, there are not enough elevators to get to the rooms and sometimes it takes 10-15 min to move around.

Obviously the hotel is amazing because of it’s height. The rooms are not expensive for what you recieve. I asked for a high floor room and they comply with it. The personal was amazing with me. I had to call reception because If you want to exit the balcony you must sign a paper in case an accident happens. Ajay, an amazing worker came and we had a great conversation. He was so professional, kind-hearted and polite with me. Thank you Ajay. Also Sohab in reception had great manners and was very welcoming with all guests. The views of the swimming pool are astonishing.

The elevators weren’t as bad as everyone described, the longest time we had to wait for one was around 15 minutes.

Room service was great, also the breakfast and the hotel staff. Rooms are amazing, spacious with comfortable beds and breathtaking views.

I stayed for 7 days, and the elevators were an issue. One of them did not work for 6 days, so you literally had to squeeze yourself in the elevator available. It took so long to go up or down since the elevators were all full of guests or workers. I kept on asking for a solution, and the employees' answers were, "I just work here." No manager was available.

The location was great and also a great view.

The chaos with so few lifts for so many floors with so many people. Don't expect to get where you want to go in a hurry.

The rooftop restaurant was the real highlight of our stay. The panoramic views at night were amazing. Great location for most downtown attractions.

Most of the electrical outlets didn't work so it was difficult to find a spot to use my curling iron.

The bell hops were fantastic and helped us get a taxi quickly. The room was very spacious and we loved our view.

The elevators are a madness. 3 elevators for 41 floors is insane. Had to wait like 15 minutes to go down, and like 5 minutes into the elevator with tons of people, and stopping in each floor.

The size of the rooms is good. The Staff is really servicial and kind.

The long wait for the elevator was a bummer and really added additional time leaving and returning to our room.

The location was perfect, centralized and close to everything we needed to include the train station.

Staff should be trained how to deal with the guest. Elevator is disaster especially between 8–11 am. Cleaning should be better than the current. Breakfast is below the average.

I have never seen such a stupid elevator system. We stayed in 70th floor which was wondeful for views but curse to get to the ground floor.

Height of the hotel allowed beautiful views from windows, breakfast was rich and delicious. Restaurant in top floor and pool in 12th are nice plus.
