This has nothing to do with this amazing hotel of course but water at the beach is so hot in July which is normal that it is difficult to swim in it. The hotel was a bit crowded on the weekend with families with kids so it lost a bit of its glamour on those couple of days.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. One of the best breakfasts we ever had with fresh mango and papaya, whole fresh juices and smoothies section, protein pancakes, best croissants. Many live stations where they prepare your food in front of you. The hotel is new and beautiful with several swimming pools. Nuraim at the reception was super helpful - thanks Nuraim! Pillows and bed - the best sleep! Everything was above and beyond. Staff super kind and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds towels and fresh water all over the pool and spa area. The beach was beautiful clean with white sand.

There is not one item of food that isn’t served at the delicious buffet breakfast. Several types of honey even on the honeycomb rack. If it wasn’t on the buffet the chefs were happy to prepare it for you.

Excellent food, great location, part of a complex with great options. Staff and service were excellent, Gervase at the front was excellent, as was Antonia in the lounge and Sara in breakfast. Actual room was excellent too.

Mr. Yousef at reception is the best employee of Al Naseem. While everyone I spoke to a payment issue I had, where I was charged by hotel twice for the same day by mistake, Mr. Yousef took the control and solved the issue instantly.

We paid for half-board package and were told that drinks (any drinks, including plain water) are not included with dinner. I did not see a single place in the restaurant where the prices for drinks were posted. Customers should be given the courtesy of the menu with the prices listed. Based on the bills, a bottle of water would be around 40 AED or over 10USD. This policy of squeezing money for drinks has cheapened the otherwise luxury resort experience we had. The policy was even more surprising as the plain filtered water was in abundance in other places in the hotel: hotel room, reception, the beach.

The service was exceptional: from the staff who handled our luggage and got taxies, to the reception desk stuff (Al-Christy was amazing), to the room attendants. The service was wonderful. The beach was good, clean, nice sand, a lot of chairs. the staff would bring towels and filtered water to the beach chairs. The ocean entry was a but shallow at first, but it was still very good, the water was clean and we could see fish in the water. Food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty and well presented, great variety of different cuisines. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed our room and the balcony. The bathroom was exceptional. There was also filtered water in the room and tea/coffee facilities included.

Holidays were great. But sone problem with reservation. I booked 2 weeks from 24.05.24 until 7 June but didn’t pay by card, just by cash on reception. All should be 6050 $ But I payed more!

This year we experienced mosquitos in Dubai and honestly they were an absolute pain. I Can only assume the obscene amount of rain has caused this so hopefully it will only be a one off.

From the moment we arrived at the Al Naseem, it's like we never left. This is our 6th visit in as many years, and the hotel and especially the staff never fail to impress. From Mohamed at front of house who not only remembered our names and the names of our children but every morning greeted them and spoke to them about their days and plans, to Jeena who went above and beyond when we had issues with our room. She remembered our likes from last year and as soon as she knew our concerns, moved us to a different room, ensuring our daughter celebrated her birthday with a huge smile. Staff like Jeena and Mohamed are a credit to Al Naseem. Not forgetting Mansour and the team at kids club who kept the kids busy with activities and games, keeping a smile on their faces daily. Even the pool staff like Mamun, who continually kept us comfortable and kids happy, the staff is what makes the Al Naseem best in class and will bring us back repeatedly.

The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, breakfast gets busy and If the palmery is too full they send you to the other restaurant. Dinner is also hard if you don’t want buffet everywhere else you need a reservation. We had airport transfer, for some reason when were picked up at the airport we had 2 vans, one for us and 1 one for our luggage. WT Upon leaving hotel again we had 2 vans and at checkout I checked the bill and they charged me for 2 that I didn’t request 1400AED each way. However this was quickly resolved and I only paid 700 AED each way

The rooms are lovely, bed is comfortable, but the staff are exceptional… WOW, they are all sooo accommodating and the attention to detail is impeccable!!!!
