Switzerlandin February the weather was a bit cold and the pools should have increased the temperature a bit but other than that nothing to dislike.
Everything was very clean and the staff amazing. Especially everyone at the club lounge was so friendly and hosted us very well. Also a great thing was that you can use all the facilities from the Jumeirah hotels which brings the experience to the next level.

Club lounge staff were amazing and very friendly . Everyone at the hotel was helpful especially Emad in ADD. Beach was great and not crowded. The variety of areas to sit and relax was never ending. Kayto is a world class restaurant and the service there was impeccable .

United StatesWe had a phenomenal experience at the Jumeiral Al Naseem starting with the beautiful birthday and anniversary decoration complete with gorgeous floral arrangement, 2 cakes, treats and folded towels with rose pedals. We advised the hotel in advance of our dual celebrations and they did not fail to impress us. Our room has a close view of the Burj Al Arab that can be seen from the terrace. The room is well configured with the latest technology and the bathroom is large with beautiful dome-shaped shower. The toiletries were of highest quality and plentiful. Let’s forget to mention that the bed is divine: large and comfortable. The hotel ground is lush and beautifully landscaped with separate adult and kid pools. The were so many life guards on duty although the pool is not deep. The hotel beach area is well maintained and has gorgeous view of the Burj Al Arab. The breakfast was hands-down the best breakfast we had at 5 star resorts. It has everything imaginable. EVERYTHING was fresh and of best quality from fresh baked pastries, fresh fruits, crepes to Indian cuisine. The hotel service is top notch. They have the attitude ‘Just ask. We are here to please!!’. The service is the best!! And we have stayed at 5 star hotel brands such as The One and Only, Four Seasons, The Conrad, Grand Hyatt, etc … Upon check out, we were asked ‘is there anything we can improve?’. Our answer was ‘how do you improve perfection? Just keep it what you are doing!’ Thank you Jumeirah Al Naseem for a memorable experience. We will recommend ‘you’ to family and friends!!

We loved everything about Jumeirah. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. It’s a type of resort that you would never want to leave and come back craving more! The food and the restaurants were exceptional and SO many options. The staff, cleaning services etc is extremely timely. This place is very very clean as well. The rooms are very spacious and very comfy and cozy.
