During my stay, I encountered both positives and negatives. Let me break it down: Lack of Curtains: Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had no curtains. As a result, the opposite building had a clear view through the window, which was definitely a big no-no for me. Helpful Staff (Mostly): Most of the staff were very helpful, but there was one exception. When I asked for something, one staff member seemed disinterested and busy on their phone. No Coffee or Tea: Surprisingly, there were no coffee or tea facilities available. For someone who enjoys a warm beverage, this was disappointing. Inconvenient Shop Location: The hotel shop was quite far away, making it inconvenient for guests.

There is no approach road. No facilities (like food or any supermarket etc) nere to the hotel. Even coffee or tea is also not available.

Location was not good enough...even taxi drivers couldn't locate the place most of the time. It is next to the highway, but no entry to the hotel directly from highway which makes hell lot of inconvenience. Taxi is required for all time commute and they charge upfront some amount just to arrive at the hotel porch.

Apartment was neat and clean. Hotel staff were very cooperative.

We were 5 people together stayed in a 2BHK apartment 4 nights and we asked them to clean the aparment on 2nd day but they denied and asked extra money for cleaning. Bath towels didnt replaced, no drinking water after 1st day, exhaust in toilets were not working, hence very bad smell.

I didn’t know the house keeping was off my bill. It needs to be communicated clearly because with kids, housekeeping is necessary and mandatory. The access road is a bit off the main tarmac and a bit dusty.

The space is spacious. The rooms were okay for the family setup apartment. I liked the living area and kitchen section for our little one who needed to space to move around.

There is no road access to the property from the main road. At night, if you wish to take a stroll better keep a torch handy.

The receptionist at desk when I checked in was friendly. The property was clean and neat. Also, there is a super market near by which offers door delivery service of anything you order over phone till 2 AM at night.

- The hotel location is tricky. I had to drive over the sand using my salon car to get there. At night it is even more difficult and not very safe. - I stayed in apartment 205. The toilet cover in one of the bathrooms was missing.

There is one staff his name Wasim, he was unfortunately unfriendly and not helpful at all, in the flat at the beginning there was no additional bed for the although we mentioned the number of the family in bookings, he just gave a flat mattress for the kid and he refused give another one when we asked, he also refused to give us additional towel , also when we asked for more water he said that’s what you get for the whole stay - means 4 bottles for 2 nights- imagine!!

The location is near the downtown but unfortunately there is no road for about 100 m from the hotel you need to drive slowly. Siraj and the cleaners were nice yo us only.
