Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Indiain breakfast there is no Indian related dishes. if it is covered the breakfast would be very good. there is no space for smoking. in any one of the floor or were pool if smoke is permitted it will be good. I sae many smokers were going out at apartment side lounge for smoke and were smoking.

Usually when I checked in early in any hotel there is no extra charges (last Eid holiday i was in Radisson blu Canal view and they didn't charge any extra fees for early check in ), I have been charged 200 AED extra.

KuwaitThe Wi-Fi could have been much better. The Crome cast feature was not consistent so bring with you a apple tv or something similar as their infotainment system was lacking. I'm not a fan of hotels subscribing to the whole "sustainability" act by depriving guests of physical handheld menus for room service among other amenities which would traditionally be available.
The hotel was excellent. Excellent Ambiance excellent all around. The theme of Paramount studios really did not fall short. For those who are movie buffs, Paramount hotel is the place to be. Its family friendly and bachelor friendly which sometimes is a hard combination to accomplish but done well.

First thing the guy on the check in desk was not great, he just booked the room and gave us the key he didn’t even explain breakfast timing or where it was located, check out timing or anything, we had to ask him about everything. Next when we went in the room we saw a cake that said congratulations on it and we didn’t order anything, when we asked the same guy about it he said it’s okay just have it. Which made no sense because we didn’t even know who ordered it and how long was it there for! Most shocking thing is that when we asked for some ice to be delivered to the room they charged us 20 dirhams for it !!! which no hotel ever did that before !!!
