We spent a wonderful seven days at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments. The apartment was very large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The location just perfect! The hotel has a direct exit to the Marina, 15 minutes walking distance to the JBR beach, 15 minutes to the Dubai Eye, 10 minutes to the DMCC Metro station and only 2 minutes to an excellent super market with the discount prices. The view from the balcony was spectacular and breathtaking. Excellent buffet with a good selection of food. And all this complemented by the most wonderful hotel staff I have ever met. The receptionists, Amal, Zakaria, Mitzi who were very helpful and accommodating, Lidiya from the travel desk who organized and booked all our excursions and visits so we didn't need to worry about anything with the tickets, Jean from the breakfast service and all other colleagues in the Market Restaurant who made sure the buffet is always full and everything spotlessly clean. Also a big shout out to the pool boys who on our last day, let us enjoy it until the afternoon (because of our docent flight), even though we were already checked out of the hotel. (Farzan, we wish you the best time at home and happy birthday to your boy🤗.) Sorry if I forgot anyone. A big thank you to all of you and keep it up. This place is great value for money. Highly recommended!

The property is situated on the marina front and so you have beautiful views of boats going up and down. The rooms are clean and spacious and all are en-suite. The staff at the hotel are always eager to help and are efficient when asked for assistance. The market restaurant is on the Segway so you have a great view whilst having breakfast.

everything look good ,i feel a little the sofa shampooing is needed (it good just a suggestion ) otherwise all look very good

very thing was superb ,i went with my family for a day the food was lovely especially i want to thank the chef Devindar and the captain Roshan and team ,even the breakfast was lovely ,so for sure i will come back again soon

All good. The place was perfect and exceeded expectations. Cost to comfort was 10/10.

Rooms were super spacious and my one-bedroom apartment had several bathrooms, and a full kitchen and was clean and tidy. The staff were super nice and attentive. There are shops nearby which are handy and a swimming pool and gym. Big thumbs up

Furniture, decoration and lighting are a bit old but this didn't negatively impact the whole experience. electric outlets next to bed were nearly unusable due to their narrow location and they need adapters unlike other outlets on the bedroom

Hotel location and waterfront view are wonderful , apartment has all appliances you need, market and pharmacy next to hotel, staff were helpful and welcoming whenever you meet them the whole day, hotel has direct exit to the marina, parking available if you have a a car or a visitor, house keeping were so clean and took care of everything everyday, breakfast is amazing with diverse plates and good atmosphere, the beach is 15 min walk.

While the hotel management and staff were attentive and accommodating, I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. Firstly, the water in the bathtub had a slightly brownish tint and didn't seem fresh. Additionally, there was a faint stale odor emanating from the air conditioning unit. Furthermore, the alarm system seemed to be malfunctioning as it unexpectedly went off twice, disrupting my sleep. Overall, the staff were professional and courteous, but these issues slightly affected my overall experience.

The breakfast was quite good, and had a lot of options for non-vegans. However, as a vegan, I think it would be great if more options were available. While there were a few vegan options, it would be wonderful to have a few more, like vegan milk and yogurt.

I had an amazing experience staying at the Pearl Marina Hotel apartment. The space was so roomy and clean, plus the view was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, too - so convenient to get around and explore all that Dubai has to offer. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. From the receptionists to the travel agency staff downstairs, everyone was so accommodating and eager to assist. And, Jawaid - the guy who came by daily to clean the apartment - was an absolute gem! For me, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place are the most important factors when it comes to staying somewhere, and this place had them both. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Bedrooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean. Need some teaspoons in the cutlery drawer but I’m sure if I had asked they would have appeared. Beds are super big and comfy. Nothing negative really just few little tweaks!

All the staff are a credit to the hotel. They make the stay a wonderful experience especially Star Performer and Abudala. The location is right on the quitter side of the Marina which is excellent for sleeping. You can visit everything from this low rise hotel.
