Only downside is that their pool is undergoing renovations but they did give access to an adjacent properties pool instead so can’t grumble.

Location is great with easy access to Dubai Mall and great views over the Burj Fountains… Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly.

The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, which we didn't know in advance. But, it was too hot outside anyway to swim.

The downtown city view from a top floor was spectacular! We looked right down on the Dubai Fountain and could watch the shows every half hour beautifully. Dubai Mall is close, and the spectacular Burj Khalifi was nearly next door. The breakfast buffet was very good, mostly local foods, and they had a nice area to sit and eat. The hotel offers a free shuttle to various points in the city, including Dubai Mall, where many city tours begin. The walk to the mall is not too far, but if the heat is high the shuttle is great. Our room was very large and spacious. The bed pillows were the most comfortable we've experienced all around the world. A wonderful place to stay in Dubai!

Great location. Walking distance to the Burg Khalifer and Dubai Mall. Our room had an excellent view of the fountain and Burg Khalifer. Handy takeaway snack bar available in hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient.

I’ve there twice, booked twice a room with balcony, and twice ended up in a room with no balcony. That’s not acceptable. Either you work with Bookings and respect the reservation policy, or you don’t propose rooms you can’t give your customers.

Great option for those who want to stay in the vicinity of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious and confortable. Great view on the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast is generous and certainly an excellent value for the money.

The location was amazing. the room with Burj Khalifa view was wonderful. You can enjoy dancing fountain view and Burj Khalifa from your room all the time. Walk from Hotel to Dubai mall was an attraction.

I think they should upgrade their bathroom, especially the tiles. It’s very outdated. Large size Smart TV’s should be installed.

Great Location Housekeeping lady Raveen was super accommodating and also so understanding. She kept good care of our room needs as we had a daughter who used to make a mess. The whole staff was great.

The pool wasn’t in use. We had to go with a staff member to another pool in another complex. Made it all too hard. I understand that maintenance was required however we should have been notified before we arrived there. Part of the reason to stay there was it had a pool.

The people who worked were amazing. Maricris in particular was so helpful to me. My husband ended up in hospital after an accident. They were so lovely and made me not worry. The room we had faced the Burj kalifa fountain at night. Loved it!!

Could have done with face washer in bathroom and a flat sheet on the bed. The TV in main bedroom had no volume. The pool was under renovation however they did offer to walk me next door to a hotel where I could have used the pool.
