The carpets in the room were not clean and looked very dirty. I was very skeptical of my kids sitting on the carpet and playing. If I had a baby that was crawling, I would not have stayed in that room. It was very clear that the carpets were not shampooed for a very long time.

The all-inclusive option was good. The breakfast had a good selection. The evening entertainment for the kids was very nice as well.

The white wine was undrinkable, it was disappointing that the Italian was closed for dinner all the days we wwre there, the rooms are tired, in paricular the carpet that was smelly, and didnt like the packed venue for breakfast.

The variety of food on offer, choice of restaurants to visit, the entertainment and in particular the staff, who were so friendly and helpful.

Room was very basic and obvious dated signs need Maintainance asap. Also I have requested a sea view room and quit room since we were not traveling with kids and I was given a room on a low floor facing the kids pool and therefore extremely noisy all day. I have raised the issue and asked to change the room and I have never received any update from management. I understood it’s a hotel for kids only as for adults traveling for relaxation it’s a big NO!!!

All meal were excellent! A wide range of different kitchens!

Booking restaurants after 5pm is impossible. The door keys needed to be reset 7 times for the interconnecting rooms.

The AC in the room was horrible, couldn't sleep well in the entire period of our stay. We changed two rooms and none of the two rooms had any better AC supply..I hope this issue is addressed by hotel management

Nothing we didn’t like: starting from the arrival till the check out. Very friendly and helpful employees, clean rooms, clean facilities, nice entertainment for kids and adults during the day and night. Perfect value for money. We will visit the property again for sure. Special thanks to Iskenderun - Chef de partie, Bilal - executive chef who did sparkles for me and my family and Meghna - waiter at Lobby bar. We didn’t want to leave the property because the staff made us fill as at home!

It's not a dislike, just a suggestion, if the pool could be kept open till 10pm, it would be great.

Not hotel's fault but we took a staycation at Eid in April/May time, and it was completely packed so really at the top end of the hotels capacity to execute. No issues, well handled but very very busy.

Good hotel- it has everything, pools, beaches, all inclusive, the lot, just pay once and relax. Hotel made sure we had a good room as we had two children with us, big plus!
