Extremely clean, the biggest plus for me. Brand new sheets and all smelled clean and neat. Loved the peace inside the room, no traffic, no hustle of the city. For me amazing place

The location is very far from the centre of Dubai where everything is.. however the shuttle bus provided help a lot. And there is not a lot of variety of food (lunch/dinner) provided at the hotel

I felt the room sizes were a bit too small, but nevertheless they were well equipped.

Excellent location for people to commute to Abu Dhabi or visit the Parks. The breakfast was quite extensive aswell, very impressive.

- Staff isn’t the nicest at the reception - It is really unacceptable that hotel such as this doesn’t want to borrow 2 simple wine glasses for guests to use in the room. We asked reception who said it’s fine and they’ll send it and then after we were ignored, we called just to be told that they can’t give us glasses but only plastic cups!? - Casting Netflix to the tv doesn’t work properly likely because of poor WiFi

The location. If you don't have a car, you need to walk from Outlet Mall. If it is summertime, it will not be advisable to walk. It is good that they have shuttle bus but for limited timing only.

I like the surprise they prepared for my birthday when we checked in. Also, all the staff are very accommodating. The design of the room is very cozy.

The pool water was too cold although the weather was too hot, the room water as well not easy to balance the temperature. Because of the location, less places to visit plus there are a few delivery options only.

There is a 24 hours choithram supermarket that it has latterly everything. The room was cozy and quiet, the staff were so friendly and supportive, special thanks to Manoj and Onex. Breakfast was ok, food options were decent.

The breakfast is amazing, enough food to choose from and all of the choices were great. The room is not that big but still enough space. My kids love the pool so much. and even the kids show in the afternoon is really cool.

The ice machine at the floors should be monitored and maintained. The ice coming out is not clean.

Its located near Outlet village, despite its location a little bit far away from downtown, the hotel provides with free shuttle service to the metro station and jbr beach. I liked facilities, great pool and gym.

The food menu is very bad. We need arabic dishes at least. The whole menu needs to be changed. Prices very taking advantage of being away of good restaurants in the area.
