Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThere’s nothing I can remember that I disliked about the property, everything seem so perfect.
Everything, from the lovely friendly staff, the cleanliness around the whole hotel, the rooms itself had everything I needed and if not house keeping was excellent too! The shuttle bus service was really helpful too. We were able to keep our luggage in their lockers after check out as well which made our last day out even more easier and fun!

The location and the newness of the hotel were beyond my expectation. I walked to Dubai Marina JBR easily. There were some markets around the hotel, so I could purchase anything I needed. The interior design was very modern. Plus, the free shuttle was very helpful for some must-see places like Dubai Mall, Marina etc.

United KingdomThe breakfast was not brilliant. The eggs we ordered came out with a crust on, like they had been made hours earlier and left out. The same with the acai yoghurt bowl. The pool area was smaller than anticipated.
The staff were wonderful and the facilities were generally great value for money.

Hungary- the lady at the breakfast welcome stand forgot to give us the breakfast menu /I figured it out later that the printed out menu exists and she told me she didn’t give me because she saw I already ordered an omelette and anyways I can schon the QR code on the table. In fact I ordered the omelette 5 minutes after being seated so she could not know it when welcoming me and when forgetting to give the menu. And there are much more options one can order besides an omelette. I did not know this and that is why I ordered a regular omelette. Her reaction was not nice, not professional, I did not feel comfortable./ - location not comfortable if you want to go to the beach you need to walk like 25 minutes not very comfortable

United KingdomThe lighting in both the room and the bathroom is terrible for doing your makeup. Next time I would bring a hand mirror. The towels in the bathroom are tiny and quite thin and scratchy. Not a deal breaker by any means, but not exactly what you want when getting out of the shower after a hard day sunbathing :-)
Good marina location, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Fabulous view of marina (if you choose a marina view room). Water and tea bags/kettle / fridge in the room was appreciated.
