The breakfast was not worth it at all. Alot of the vegetables were old and almost stale. You could see that the food was from several days ago

Everything was below expectation. The receptionist was not friendly, was not greeted properly as a tourist. The breakfast was not buffet style no menu was provided. Verbally informed about the menu items.

Hotel is located at a good location, near to Al-seef, bur- dubai. Transportation is good. Check in Check out was easy.

1) wifi slow. 2) bed sheets are damaged. 3) no hair dryer at bathroom. 4) there was leak in bathroom and wash basin was blocked. 5) phone is not working. 6) no towels at room when I checked in. 7) the room was infront of elevator noisy a bit. 8) rooms needs more attention and regular maintenance.

The travel desk who were in charge of the PCR.They took 28 hrs to issue the PCR ,that too we had to follow up for 6 hrs and threaten.No one would want to go through this on a holiday.I was a repeat customer to Samaya but I won’t go again there due to the harassment of the PCR report.The manager of the hotel also had a very lackadaisical attitude to the issue of the guests.

Location and the staff at the main entrance.Bell Boy and the entrance staff are welcoming and the beacon of your hotel.
