Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThis time, I loved the way how Aminah, the receptionist, was dealing with the people. In my opinion, her customer service is second to none. In general, the hotel has an excellent location and we intend to come back again. Also, the room service was good when it comes to security. I highly recommend Sheraton hotel Emirate Mall in Dubai.

Perfect hotel if you’re looking to do some shopping and want a convenient option. We stayed at mall of the emirates because it’s less busy and smaller than dubai mall while still having all the range of shops . Making it an easier shopping experience. The hotel has direct access to the mall which was great especially while travelling with little ones.

Saudi ArabiaI did not like the location itself I felt it is far from many places but the connection to Mall of Emirates help so much. Taking the elevator twice a bit annoying but not a cause of so much worry.
The room is spacious and clean. The toilet was nice, clean and has everything I needed. The staff were nice and room service was effective.

Also, the fact that we have to go into two different elevators, it was annoying the space was too tight in front of the service elevator (G too. 5 floor ) the reception space was too small to fit all the people.
