Some of the staff has delt with us as Arab deference from European. Specially at the pool.

Saturday and Sunday at the hotel, the valet is busy due to external guests attending pool party and brunch. At checkout, one staff is not enough to be inprove. Sometimes at buffet (breakfast and dinner) food display name are not matching with real food available, quality control to inprove

Hotel location one of the best in the palm as now, honestly if you have future plan to spend New Year in Dubai, from TH8 you are able to watch Fire Works at Atlantis, Burj Arab, JBR. Unfortunately I don't know her name but at check in there is an Italian lady which might helpful for those are not speaking English. A special thanks to her for room upgrade. Saturday and Sunday brunch + pool party are great but be ready to get early your sun bed.

Unfortunately the room we were given initially, the TV didn’t work in the lounge, the rug was hard dirty and worn, the masterroom light switch on the wall did not work. And we paid for a balcony, little did we know it meant a balcony on ground floor which basically was a garden so everyone could see in when walking or driving past. I feel it’s advertised incorrectly on booking.com and felt I have wasted over 400 a night. I wouldn’t have Dinner included again, it wasn’t very tasty, repetitive foods and lack of flavour.

There was a child riding his bike in the breakfast area and ot was dangerous for him and the other guests but no one seemed to bat an eyelid.

Very nice lobby with helpful friendly staff. Lovely comfortable beds, the lay out and facilities are excellent. The breakfast is fabulous. Anything not available can be ordered from the waiters and nothing is too much trouble.

Beds at the pool. Left black marks on legs hart to clean. Food wasnt great (breakfast and dinner), so wont be dining next time. Weekend was too busy by the pool.

We wished the food would be more tasteful and the service at breakfast was a little bit slow.

The door locks, bells etc needed repair 2 3 times and that was way below what was expected of such good property. Even the sink was clogging. The half board meal was a limited set menu with limited choice and needs to be clearly spelled out for customers while booking. When we pay for an extra meal we expect a decent spread for food options.

Poor wifi(both coverage and speed), limited breakfast options, the restaurant was understaffed so food was served cold most of the time.

I would loved if the pool was a bit deeper.

Modern, clean and spacious suite with all kitchen appliances. Large balcony with great views. lovely staff.

Check in staff wasn’t very friendly, same was with Envy restaurant. On the last day Regina, supervisor was there and she was very pleasant and helpful. Hope other staff members can learn from her.

Very expensive food and drinks..we working in the same industry and our recommendation is sell few drinks and food more and get satisfied customers + earn more money!

Very nice stay, comfortable apartment, perfect service..very helpful always with a smile on the face. We will come back for sure.
