I believe they can do better with their breakfast options, display and service

We Loved It!!!! The hotel is in the beautiful Marina area, not far from restaurants and shops. We stayed on the top floors and had a beautiful view, especially at night. The hotel has different shuttle services to the beach, the Marina Mall and the Marina Metro.

We really enjoyed our stay at the First collection. This is our second time coming to the hotel. The food, room cleanliness, location and literally all the staff are great. Also, special thanks to Linda and Henok to their special hospitality. Much appreciation goes to the guy cooking my sunny-side up egg every morning with such a great smile. SOLUNA beach access was fascinating!

Check in was veryyyyy Slow, it talked around 90 minutes and they gave me a room with a bad view then changed it then finally took a room with a good view. Breakfast can be better than that.

Noisy AC. Building seems a bit dated. Food not great, so ordered in or ate out after first couple of days. Not a fan of their fairly low-standard hotel soaps/shampoos.

Good sized suite for a decent price, after some initial mixups were resolved. Pleasant little balcony. Thorough cleaning stuff. Decent price on an upgrade. Rotating TV that you can watch from sofa or bed.

I didn’t like the lift, it was too complicated to use. You couldn’t get to any floor if it wasn’t your own floor but then i had friends staying another floor so it was important for me to get to their floor

I liked the facilities and the Staff especially the security guards Linda and Richard. They were very helpful always providing taxis for us whenever we needed and checking up on us. Our stay went really smoothly. We also had a room with a nice view

The club lounge is closed… still let you book a club room (and pay for lounge use…) instead they have a list of “free” snacks at various times of the day at their two restaurants. Wasn’t really ideal and would have much preferred the lounge access we booked. Also trying to get anybody to answer the phone was an issue.

Location is good for the marina. Room (Club Grand Suite) was nice enough. Staff at the restaurants and concierge were lovely.

I had booked the larger suite but received a smaller suite with no notification or discount, this is unfortunate as I have been staying here for many years at least 5years! I am in the real estate industry selling TFG hotel suites so my clients to ask me about the standard and quality, this is the only let down so far that I have experienced indirectly, which is a shame.

Mg daughter and I have stayed at the Wyndham for over 5years, visiting at least once a year. Staff from management, concierge to reception have always been the reason we return. Unfortunately I was unable to stay with my daughter due to work commitments but she had a lovely time. The room was nice however not the room I had booked which was the larger suite!

Bar is quite dead. Food was quite average. A/C is quite noisy and seems to constantly turn on and off very noticably to maintain temperature, instead of constant regulation - maybe because it is an older building.

The team thankfully resolved a mixup over a free upgrade for which we had actually been charged. We ended up staying longer, at a very fair rate for a larger suite. The location was walking distance to the Marina (although walking in that heat is tricky, so you often end up taking taxis in traffic anyway). Convenience store nearby.
