The roads around it are not a good quality - very narrow, steep, lacking tarmac and lots of dusty pot holes around. Due to being located on a hill, it’s quite a hot walk into the town centre (around 20 minutes).

Absolutely amazing views from the balcony right over the sea and the islands. Lovely modern, clean rooms with great air con. Breakfast was varied and catered well to tourists! Underground car park was a little tight but nice to have somewhere to park off the road. It’s in a quieter area slightly outside of the edge of town.

I recently stayed at Hotel Abedini and had a wonderful experience. Located in a good area, the hotel offers easy access to local attractions and dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff at Hotel Abedini were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or provide local recommendations. Friendly Staff, Cozy Family Hotel! Decent Location, Clean and Tidy, Great Staff and Suggestions for Locals! Breakfast, Sea View, Wifi, Parking, Cafe and Bar! Parking was a bit busy hut always sorted. A/C working 100% very budget friendly too! Only thing missing for these guys is a pool! Wife and I had a good time in Albania, Stayed for 5 days and loved! 100% Recommended.

Not too close to center, if you have big kids is not a problem. The road is steep sometimes but the promenada is nice. Too crowded maybe for us.

Very nice receptionist smiling all the time. He gave us precious info regarding the places to visit, the beaches, restaurants. The room is nice, big enough, it was made up and cleaned every day!! Thank you for having us!

Location, it is only 15 minutes to the centre but the hotel is up a steep hill so it's more of a 15 minute hike up a lot of steps which is very difficult in such a hot climate.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The bed was comfortable, brilliant AC and THE BEST maid I have ever had in a hotel.

The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed. Quiet location away from the town. A good 20 min walk. Taxis are always available at a good price if you dont fancy the walk in the heat. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Just a bit to walk to the famous boulevard. Id say rent a scooter. Best thing you ever do.

Its pretty good. Quiet place. Clean and good simple rooms. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was plentiful I had car trouble and the two brothers that own the place helped me push the car and mend it to get me home. I cannot thank them enough. Got to share a beer over the match with them.

Best hotel we stayed at during our visit to Tirana, Sarande and Corfu. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The hotels is lovely, very clean, nice and modern decoration. Breakfast is also good. The location is 10 minute walk to the boulevard. You have lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby and in the centre. It was an amazing experience. The room was great, super clean and comfortable. Amazing view. A place to park the car for free in front of the hotel. I would love to go back.

The place is really nice, modern clean rooms and comfortable beds, AC, balcony, within quite area away from main road but still close to the beach and all shops. Staff is amazing and very helpful in any aspect. Parking was really handy as the area gets extremely busy. Breakfast is nice too, basic but tasty. Definitely would stay again.

Beds were uncomfortable. Housekeeping kept "organizing" our stuff. Which made it very frustrating when clean kept getting mixed up with dirty clothes. They did keep everything clean thoigh that was plus. No hand lotion. The road to the hotel is rough with potholes. Google maps kept trying to bring us down from a death ramp down to the hotel. It's located outside of the city feel but about 30 mins walk to downtown.

Open buffet breakfast was filling. Family run business. But they try to keep up with the standard hotel feeling. Rooms were getting cleaned daily, and towels refresh too.
