This is out of anyone’s control, but there was a few families traveling together with little kids who let their kids run wild. I think someone from the hotel should have talked to them a bit, but not sure if it would have helped.

The hotel was spotless indoors and out. The pool area and beautiful landscaping were fantastic. The staff was really attentive and all just so very nice and accommodating. Ina in the pool and breakfast area was particularly wonderful.

Great hotel, fantastic room with the most amazing view. Room as good as it looks in pictures. Breakfast also very good. The young man who worked in the kitchen and brought every morning was amazing

Literally the only negative were the linens. The pillows and blanket were not very comfortable and the bed was a bit stiff, although I still slept fine. The menu options were limited (they were out of many things) but we did not travel during peak season so that could have affected it.

The staff were incredible! And the location was nearly perfect (a little but of a walk into town but everything you need is nearby). The private beach, pool, terrace, and room balconies were great.

Erm I gave a 9 because we had a really bad reaction after sitting on the balcony chairs, not sure if it was the cleaning products they used or the sun but we got so so itchy after sitting on the chair and the next day, our body became swollen with rashes. It lasted for about a week and all gone now cos I tried not to scratch it and used some cream. Asides that, everything else was perfect tbh

It was amazing, the pool, the private beach were all lovely. We enjoyed our stay and I’d go there over nd over again. OMG their breakfast options was also mesmerizing cos they literally have overfed us, loved everything on their menu. Because we had enough views from our hotel, we didn’t even bother to go out that much, we just enjoyed the pool and beach whilst we marvel at the works of God.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the waterfront with its own private beach. The swimming pool is brilliant and the staff very friendly and helpful. This is a modern well designed boutique hotel just a ten minute walk to the pretty waterfront. We would thoroughly recommend this place as an ideal place to stay in Sarande😊
