We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NorwayThe breakfast is served in another restaurant some 100m away from the hotel, in front of the beach. Not a problem for us, but the food could be much better. There is no buffet and you are served very little boring food, and coffee is not included! You have to get it in the hotel if you want it, or pay extra. The waiter was lovely though.
Brand new hotel with spacious rooms, super clean and comfortable. Good mattress, excellent shower, working wifi. Parking inside or outside the hotel, very easy. Friendly staff, available 24h, always with a smile on their face. I saw in another review that the hotel charged extra 15 euros for paying with a credit card, even though the reservation was made via booking.com. This was not the case for us, no extra fee was added when we asked to pay with cc.

It’s was such a relief to arrive after our long nighttime drive from Sarandë Port. The staff were there to help unload and take baggage to our rooms at midnight. It was a celebratory trip for my friends Birthday and 6 of us travelled together. I had communicated with hotel prior to our arrival as wanted my friend to feel special for her birthday. The hotel had champagne on arrival in all our three rooms, (which were next to each other), and there was a huge fruit platter and flowers/balloons in the ‘Birthday Girls’ bedroom, we actually even went into the courtyard to order pizza at midnight, & drink our champagne, they were so accommodating. They were utterly amazing throughout our stay. We enjoyed our walk to Dom Mare (their sistering Hotel, 2 mins away) for breakfast each morning, where they supplied a small but perfectly adequate buffet which included a coffee also. The staff there were also fantastic. And the views from our loungers were breathtaking.
