They say its a 5 star hotel, but it’s very far in terms of hospitality and attention to detail and care to the client, specially compared to other destinations.

Comfortable room. Everything is new and the hotel itself looks nice. The restaurant (food not included) is really good. Breakfast is also good, but should have something to keep the food warm.

It was a great stay at Mazarine! Friendly staff and super comfortable bed, with amazing sea views. The pool is great and they have nice selection of cocktails. We would definitely come back again.

Only negative about the hotel was the wifi. Expectations when you pay as much for a five star hotel is to be able to use the wifi comfortably for video calls / streaming Netflix etc. Unfortunately, the wifi didn’t work so well and was quite patchy.

The hotel was very nice & well located only a 15 min drive from the main town of Vlorë. Food in the restaurant for dinner was great & the breakfast was also very good standard for a buffet style. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Staff were incredible, made the stay even more enjoyable!

Road construction out front makes walking difficult. Limited shoulder and cars go pretty fast. Hotel is a 15 minute drive from Vlore proper. :( Lots of smoking - the outside area had smokers a lot of the time.

We were there in off season (April). Gorgeous views. Helpful staff, English spoken well which was nice. Bed was VERY comfortable - good support with pillow top. Plenty of pillows and towels. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. proteins, fruits and veg, cappuccino etc. We had dinners there - salads and baked cheese are excellent as is the wine choice.

Everything about this place was, no, sorry is outstanding. It was one of the best services I've had and fantastic experience. On the first day of arriving, I was treated by a member of staff. I literally booked another stay at Mazarine Hotel for October. That's how amazed I was. The room was fantastic with great views of the sea. Helpful staff The food was excellent Facilities A plus, if I could give a better rating, I would. Highly recommended. Make sure you rent a car, tho, as the hotel is in a lovely quiant area. 15 minutes drive to Vlorê. Make sure you visit the monestry also, fantastic views. All in all, the best hotel stay at the Mazarine Hotel. I'll see you back in October. Thank you Will

The breakfast was sometimes empty due to a small number of staff that could not replace the breakfast quickly. But that is a detail that can be improved easily.

Mazarine Hotel has an amazing infrastructure, the bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area is also clean and the sun beds are clean and comfortable. A highlight is for the staff, really attentive and helpful.

Location was good - off the main tourist track. However, use of taxis or car hire was essential to get around - all of which the hotel arranged for us!

the was no 24 our receptionist, also the beaches are not so accessible , i went in October so maybe because of the low season almost every thing was closed. i had a room with mountain view, which is affordable , but if i stay again i will choose the beach view. In conclusion i had an amazing stay and also the hotel is new so of course with the time they will improve for more better!

It was a little far out and on a very fast road with no pavement so not easy to walk anywhere. As we went in late season, the surrounding restaurants were closed so we had to get a taxi to eat anywhere other than the hotel. Half way through the week, the umbrellas by the pool disappeared. When we asked for one, we were told they were all broken which was strange as there had been some there earlier in the week. We like some shade so it meant we weren't able to enjoy the lovely loungers by the pool so went to the beach where there was shade from the trees.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel and bedrooms are super clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept. Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Close to the beach and lovely sea view from our room. Comfortable loungers on the private beach area. Nice restaurant serving fresh fish and steak.

This is the perfect location for a quiet relaxing vacation. Vlorë is near enough for shopping or other activities but at Mazarine Hotel you don’t experience the noise and traffic that comes with Vlorë. The pool faces the Adriatic and has plenty of seating and lounge chairs. This hotel’s housekeeping staff are so good that you don’t see dirt or grime in the corners of the floor like you do in other hotels. The front desk staff will welcome you as a friend and the restaurant’s food concentrates on fresh local ingredients. They even accommodated my vegan diet. I also had a secure free place to park my rental car on their property.

The location would be fine in high season but as we stayed so late into the season, many of the local restaurants were closed. Luckily we had a car so could drive to Vlore. The beach could be so much better. It just needs a little attention as it looks very neglected.
