Delicious and fresh breakfast served on your very own terrace at your preferred time. What more can anyone want for a perfect holiday!? Short drive to the most beautiful beaches in Ksamil and Sarandë, the Blue Eye, Butrint, Lëkurësit Castle, and many more stunning places. We've visited 65 countries all over the world and Albania, and especially its people, now are one of our favorites! We'll stay here again! Thanks!

The manager was really accommodating and welcoming and always made sure we got everything we needed. He was always available on the phone and replied quickly. He drove us to the bus station after check-out free of charge, and even went all the way back to retrieve a personal item left in the hotel. À-la-carte breakfast served in the room was always on time and exceptional. Very spacious, clean and modern room with a comfortable bed and couch. Bathroom was top. Good location and wonderful view of the sunset. Absolutely recommended!

We have been to different hotels in Albania and this was definitely the best. We had a room with a beautiful view over Sarandë. We had our own apartment where we felt like home. Breakfast was served every day to the room, based on a selection we made the day before. The service was top...very helpful, friendly, incl. a lot of good recommendations. The room was very clean and everything is still looking brand new. You can reach the sea in about 10 min, but you have to cross a quite heavy hill. This is the effort you have to take for the beautiful view. ;) The price is good for the modern and well equipped apartment you get. I would really recommend this hotel.

I have absolutely nothing to say here.

Since the minute we arrived, Gledis the owner gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel like home. Always with a smile, him and Benito in reception made sure we were always having a wonderful vacation. I cannot recommend this place enough. Breakfast is amazing, you can choose from many different options and have it in the privacy of your apartment. The location is great, because it is away from the main centre, which is nice because it is super quiet and peaceful, but close enough if you want to go out for food etc. The apartment was extremely clean, every single day. Impeccable! Modern, big, comfortable and good quality. Nice details everywhere. The views are amazing, can see the ocean and Corfu from the balcony. Staying here made us fall in love with Albania and we will 100% come back. Gledis and his staff are kind, attentive, warm, and all the positive qualities a great host can have. Provides us with recommendations for beaches, food, things to do, and everything was amazing. Thank you Gledis for an exceptional vacation!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and could not recommend a stay any more! Absolutely amazing! The room was so nice and spacious - apartment style hotel room with a seperate living room and kitchen/diner, bedroom and balcony. Staff were so lovely and great communication, sent lots of recommendations for activities to do and places to eat when we arrived ! Breakfast was my favourite part!! Every morning the most wonderful breakfast was set up in our room with fresh pastries, juice, fruits, eggs. Good location, Saranda boulevard is lovely 20 minute drive from ksamil and 30 minutes from the blue eye. Thank you Gledi for an amazing stay will definitely be back! Best wishes, Sophia & Sammy

The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, plus it's delivered to your suite every morning at the time of your choosing.

For breakfast the hotel had an excellent concept. You were given a note where you could indicate what you wanted to eat and what time you would like to receive breakfast in your room the next day. This is a nice concept to prevent waste. Breakfast was also top notch and super tasty. Location of the accommodation is just outside the center (3-5 minutes by car). However, we did not find this a problem because there was always parking space at the accommodation itself. Right in the center this is more difficult (very busy) so for us the location was great! The hotel is run by a loving family. All super friendly people. The door is held open for you, always a nice chat. They are there for you day and night, they give many nice suggestions regarding food, drinks, activities, ... in short, all your wishes are met. We had a great time here! Everything was perfect!

The most incredible accommodation! We spent 7 nights in Albania in 4 different locations and this hotel was by far the best. I received WhatsApp messages from the host the morning of check in the welcome us and when we arrived there was a parking spot waiting for us. We have a fast and seamless check in with the amazing host who showed us to our room and took us through the basics. The apartment was huge with a big balcony and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. The host recommended a restaurant called Harmony which we went to and was fab, he also sent a number of other recommendations on WhatsApp to me. The best part…breakfast! A totally personalised breakfast meal which you select the day before and then it’s delivered at a time you choose to eat in your apartment with the amazing views. The most delicious food with homemade jams made by the hotel owners mum. Would stay here again over and over and recommend it to anyone. WiFi excellent, bed very comfy, amazing shower. Thank you so much for the best stay!

Extremely clean apartment, extremely nice owner who sent us many restaurants and sights to see, answer our questions, open the door for us, as well as even offer to drop us off himself when we could not find parking in the city. The breakfast was amazing and so fresh, there was not one bad thing I could mention about our stay. We will definitely go here again and recommend everybody to as well. I’ve never been treated so well and for such a low price, this should have 5 stars!
