Wonderful environment and excellent service! The staff at Sunlight Hotel, particularly, were incredibly patient and kind. It was an unforgettable experience in Ksamil. We were given the best room with a stunning view. Everything is within walking distance, making it a great location. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. The facilities are top-notch as the hotel is brand new, with easy access to the pool and an on-site bar. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The parking was big and surveying by cameras. The breakfast was delicious and varied . The hotel is new and very close to beach. Staff is friendly and helpful,specially Armando and Afrim. They are gentlemen’s . Pool is amazing and the view is great too. They geave us towels for the beach and help us for very good restaurants. I recommend this place highly. The best choice in Ksamil for sure. Our experience was very good and we will be back next year. The room was modern and very clean. An experience that I can’t forget.I missed the hotel till now.

Lovely hotel right by the beach. Room was a good size with a sea view balcony. Bar and pool downstairs but didn't use these. The area is surrounded by a lot of construction but this didn't affect us as we were on the beach all day and no noise at night.

The shower could be enclosed better somehow. Water goes everywhere and we ended up using a lot of towels to soak up the water.

It was a very modern hotel. They had the key essentials - kettle and blow dryer and air conditioning. The breakfast had many options. They made fresh coffee during breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool was perfect. Parking below the hotel was a convenient touch.

The Bathroom could have done with more hooks/shelves but this is a very minor detail. Additionally they really wanted us to pay cash and we had to insist we paid by card - which we did - but it seemed a real inconvenience to them. The view is slightly “spoiled” by a half build house 200 m down the road - but as a up and coming resort there is lots of new building going up so can’t be helped and could effect any hotel.

Very modern and clean with a good breakfast and pool area. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Location is to the south end of Ksamil away from louder beach bars and restaurants but still within walking distance of them (everything you need is within 10 min walk)

Afrim the staff in hotel was very nice and accomodating. Friendly staff hotel was perfect. Highly recommended. Its near tgw beach and the breakfast was very good and the parking is big and pool was perfect for photo ver instagrammable.

Staff: very very friendly and accomodating. Reception is there 24/7. We booked a room and asked to change it (just for a better view preference) and they were very helpful l and flexible. Breakfast: the buffet is very good. It has quite a good variety. The coffee is delicious as well. Pool: nice and nice view. It is 1.6 meter deep. It's not that big but nice for a quick refreshing dip. Location: there is a beach around 5 minutes walking away. That is a big advantage because most hotels dont have pools, and if they do, they would be small pools. For the beach, you will have to pay extra for the sunbeds. In May 2024, we paid 10 euro for two sunbeds for the beach nearby (Doneol beach bar). There is also a supermarket around the corner. The hotel is also close to the city center, around 10 minutes walk and you get to arrive to the restaurants and cafes in the city. The nice thing about this hotel is that it is central to the south and north beaches ans city. Room: the hotel is very modern! The interior of the room is amazing, the rooms are spacious and there is cleaning service every day.

The view is nice but don’t have high expectations for it :) apparently they started building a huge house in front of the hotel so the hotel view got a bit covered.

Everything was great! Super clean rooms and hotel, modern equipment, friendly and communicative staff, amazing pool (although a bit smaller than we expected), good breakfast, super great location (5min walk to the beach and about 15min walk to where all bars and restaurants are)

Unfortunately I didn’t see the message left on my booking.com regarding payment for the hotel. When we arrived, I planned to pay on card as I had reserved with my card. The staff said the card machine wasn’t working and cash was better. Hotel may need to communicate this to customers with some notice to plan with money etc. Despite this staff were understanding and we paid after our first night, we found a cash machine. They took off 7 euros because the cash machine charged us this which was very nice of them.

Amazing 4 star hotel. So clean. Our room was cleaned and new towels provided every day! The hotel appeared new and kept so clean. Breakfast was lovely, good range of buffet style, cereals and snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful.
