We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis hotel operates on cash payments only basis. At the same time there is no safe deposit in the room. This can be an issue if you are staying for a few nights and basically has to hold on to all that cash until the end of your stay. The pricing is also misleading - we paid 35% above what was the original price quoted on booking.com (20 % VAT plus 15% city tax). We simply handed money to the staff at the end of our stay and never received any confirmation or receipt for our payment. It just made us feel uncomfortable.
This is a new build hotel so everything was working perfectly. The big bonus is a very good air condition system and strong wifi throughout of the property. Location is great, a short walk to the promenade, supermarkets, cafes and bars and about 20 minutes walk to the old town. The breakfast was decent and served on the patio at the reception. We never went hungry. The hotel and room was super clean! The older lady who seem to be the main staff was super enthusiastic and friendly despite a huge language barrier.

The reception is very friendly and helpful even though sometimes we use a translation app to communicate. The breakfast is room service with basic food. There can't be a better location than this - right in the heart of Vlore, enable reaching the mall, main streets, and the seaside in just five minutes. There is a big balcony facing the central square of the city. Private reserved parking is available and is very convenient to park. The room is big and cozy.

NorwayStaff didn't speak much English, but that was not much of a problem. We managed. Also there was no lift, but i was helped with my suitcase on arrival. And to carry it down certainly was manageable for this 78 year old woman.
Very nice, new hotel. Most impressive quality of room and building quality. And close to the ferry to Italia, that was important for me. WiFi worked fine. Important in a country where EU regulations about mobile data networks don't apply.
