The only negatives were that we had to keep and use our suitcases on the floor because there was no other place to put them and the bathroom had no counter space. For one night we could deal with it.

The owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The location was excellent. It was quiet and close to everything.

able to dry some of my clothes in the common balcony aircon was comfortable bathroom was all good location is quiet and central but yet safe, super good restaurant just around the corner, walking distance to markets, toptani and airport shuttle bus etc etc host was very helpful to help print my ryanair iti and even showed me to the bus stop to TEG and waited for me to board the bus before leaving. really kind of her!

We had a ground floor room which only had double glass doors and no windows meaning if we wanted to have the door open anyone could just walk in and people could look into the room. There was no breakfast available. Payment is cash only like a lot of places in Albania

The owner is incredibly friendly and allowed us to check into our room early. She also helped us with our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. The room is a decent size and very clean and the villa is very centrally located. Very good value for money.

We weren't expecting that there were ground floor rooms and that we would be in one.

It is very central, but still very quiet. The communication was fast and clear and there was always someone available in person or via booking. The people were friendly and helped us with getting a taxi, making sure no one smoked near our room, and leant us an umbrella when it suddenly started to storm. The room had everything we needed and the shower is great.

Missing one small sign to direct you to the Vila, when you are actually - already at the location. When you get to the location - parking is quite a challenge, but luckily hosts are there to help you solve a problem.

Location outside city centre, but within walking distance. Very friendly owner and employee. Due to it being Easter weekend we had trouble finding somewhere to eat, but were well looked after by the young man looking after the place. Room spacious, clean and bed comfortable.

Everything was great! The only little thing that was a bit of a pity is that there is no breakfast, so we had to walk around a bit to find some, but in a big city like Tirana not a big deal at all.

The host was exceptionally friendly, kind and welcoming. She made us feel at home immediately. She even returned our rental car for us, which was amazing. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was super spacious. The location is also great because it's very close to the city centre, yet tucked away in a small quiet alley, like a quiet green oasis. Amazing!

The location of the hotel and its proximity to the center are great. You can reach all the touristic places by walking in just a few minutes. Also, the street where the hotel is located is very quiet. Very good for relaxing.
