We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very helpful staff at the reception, both ladies helped us a lot with our hike planning and arranging transfers! The lunch box was nice and very filling. Breakfast was enough for us but also not extraordinary. The room was spacious and clean and warm :) the hotel was well located on the main road, a bit at the end which was however good for us when returning from Laguna de Los Tres hike ;)

United StatesThe bathroom right next to one bed and the toilet was right next to the sink making it difficult to use and I’m petite. Window of our room looked out to cars. It’s a relatively quiet town but not too private if people are parking.
Excellent location close to the side of town where the Fitz Roy hike starts and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful with booking a transfer and making restaurant recommendations. Room was comfy and clean. Nice breakfast, they even made coffee for me early one morning.

Uruguay- Breakfast had some variety but unfortunately wasn't fresh. - Our room had strange design of the bathroom with a toilet right in front of the sink, tall people may not be able to squeeze themselves there. - Stairs, some people may find it difficult to climb the stairs with their luggage.
- The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the Fitz Roy trail, so you don't need to cross the town to get to the starting point. There is a trekking gear store right in front of it (where you can buy or rent), and another one is nearby. It's surrounded by restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk to the bus terminal. - Staff provided all the information we needed. You can order lunch for trekking (an apple, a cereal bar, a sandwich and a bottle of water).

United KingdomThere is no food or drinks available after breakfast. Water and coffee are on offer from the afternoon.
The hotel has a calm, peaceful vibe. The staff were helpful especially the lady who worked in the afternoon, evening. I even bumped into her in El Calafate and she remembered me. She is great at her job and very helpful in helping you for the walks. The room was spacious and I liked it. There was a good choice for breakfast so most people’s needs are covered. The location was good for the start of a number of the walks and there were also numerous restaurants close by as well as the supermarket and a minimarket. It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station.
