We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed in many places accross Austria but this one is special due to its hospitality. You do feel really welcome and you do feel like at home. The hotel is renovated and rooms are very comfortable. Great food too.

United KingdomIf you don’t have a car it could be a little remote, it was surprising that they charge for tap water with dinner if you don’t have a bottle of wine
Beautifully clean, staff were extremely friendly and the attention to detail was outstanding . The food was worthy of a Michelin Star and the spa is a welcome addition after a day on the slopes which the resort is only 5 minutes away. The afternoon cake was a warm welcome after the slopes.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to our next visit. Breakfast was wonderful with many healthy and tasty options, dinner very gourmet with multiple meal courses. The staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel like home. The best service one can wish for. The pool and terrace have the most amazing mountain views, very relaxing sauna and massage that completed a perfect vacation.

NetherlandsWhen I have to point out one improvement: maybe there can be a bit more 'resting' time between the several courses of the dinner. All courses are so delicious that one may need some more digestion time before staring with the next course.
This is one of the best hotel and gastronomic experiences I've ever had in life! The accommodation is fabulous, the personal is gentle, polite, always willing to help you and the restaurant is exquisite. The choice for breakfast was outstanding: there was something for everyone. The dinner receives five stars: delicious courses and very surprising tastes. Aktiv Panoramahotel Daniel put their guests to the top, they raised 'hospitality' to a new level. The whirlpool, the bar and the willingness of all the personal and the ambiance truly made a difference. Dear people from Panormahotel: thank you very much for this wonderful weekend and I hope to come back next year again!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. everything is top notch: cleanliness, comfort, food, wellness. A big plus for lovers of proper nutrition were quinoa, sesame, chia for breakfast. I especially admired the attention towards the guests of the staff. All issues were resolved with maximum comfort Loved having fresh apples during the day.

The half pension was very good value with a gourmet 4 course dinner and breakfast, as well as afternoon tea included. The panorama terrace with day beds and loungers looking at the mountains across the valley was incredible. Separate locked bicycle room with easy access. Bicycle wash station with water and brushes provided (still with that magic view).

Hotel Aktiv Panorama Daniel is a wonderful hotel set in beautiful suroundings of the Tirol Alps. All the staff and especially the owners Daniel and Sabrina are very welcoming and friendly. Daniel was always willing to tell us about points of interest in the area. The food is excellent as well as the service. It is amazing how everything is perfect indoors and out at the hotel. The gardens are so well kept that every leaf is in its place. We have been travelling far and wide and we have never felt as welcome as in hotel Daniel. We hope to be back.
