The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were incredible and there was a very good supermarket nearby.

We had a minor problem in the first night with the corridor light, which was not turning off and was dusturbing the ones sleeping in the livingroom. But the host promptly solved the problem the next day, so, all good!

Awesome location, very friendly host. Very nice apartment. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom. It's perfect for 2 people. Have in mind that if you are in 4, you will need to sleep in the livingroom. Still, no complains. Recomend!

The stay was great for us, so no complaints.

The apartment was really clean and a very good size. The location is amazing - 10 min walk to the town centre but also very quiet and traditional. Lovely 'wirt' just around the corner.Everyone was super friendly and the hosts were very accommodating. They even offer to drive us to the station. We will go back to see more of Innsbruck and we will surely stay here again.

A great option to have a great time in Innsbruck. Everything was fine. The apartment is super! The living conditions are excellent! And the view from the balconies is simply incredible. The furnishings of the apartments are at the highest level! And a special HUGE thank you to Wolfgang for his help in all matters.

Wonderful stay - best place we stayed in on Interail holiday. Have fond memories of sitting on balcony listening to babbling brook with Alpine views. Great nights sleep in comfortable beds. Appartment well equppiped. Village vibe but only a couple of miles from city centre. Zoo within walking distance. Excellent hosts, gave us lift to train station when we asked them to call us a cab.

It was nothing to dislike.

A lot of space, spotless clean, with everything you need, except a washing machine. The owner is really nice and helpfull, gave us many advices about what is best to do in the area. You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes or you can take the bus J. If you stay at least 3 nights, you can get Innsbruck card, which provides you free tickets to the bus and 4 cablu cars. We will return, for sure.

It would have been nice to have a washing machine for laundry, especially if we were staying longer, but perhaps there isn't really space for it.

Beautiful location. Quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to walk to the centre. Very comfortable and cosy apartment. The owners are very helpful and friendly (they live on the upper floors of the house). We would love to return for a longer stay one day!

I would only suggest to add a cutting knife to the kitchen utensils.

It's a lovely tranquil area. The flat was spacious with a sunny garden for most of the day. All the facilities were good. Easy walk to the town.

It's a very nice apartment with great views. Pretty well equipped kitchen (most rentals seem to be missing relatively basic things, but this one has the lot), good dining table, living room, comfortable bed (plus sofa bed) and two balconies. And a friendly and helpful host. Handy for the bus to ski slopes on both sides of the city. Close to a supermarket and a couple of cafes.

Directions to the house could be a little more clear. We had difficulty locating it. I had to call the hosts, who met me outside as they live in the same building. There is also not much parking available around the house and we had a difficult time finding a spot.

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. They had a pack n play set up and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts even moved their van so that we could have the parking spot out front the first night we were there to unload our car.

The steep hillside location of Hötting is both an advantage (lovely views, a feeling of being on the mountain) and a disadvantage (to walk up). However, the excellent bus service limited the length of walk. Tree in front of balcony needed trimming to improve views (there is evidence that this has been done before and we probably stayed just after a growth spurt.)This is in no way a serious problem and did not detract from a lovely location.

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped and lovely calm ambience. Friendly and helpful host, who even drove us to the station. Close to bus and good supermarket. Welcome card printed by host allowed free bus travel within city. It is good to be out of the town centre but so close by regular bus. The two balconies were lovely and allowed a relaxing spot to drink coffee after a busy day.
