Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyVegetarian options were quite less anytime evene fir breakfast or dinner after one meal was unhappy and seek to look for another place to eat but since it's location is quite far away from city Innsbruck was there and ate whatever was given service was ok mostly excprt once when no one even came to ask for the order itself for 20 mins I had to literally call them and shown that am unhappy about it but then they changed it .The lady at reception was quite rude but helpful but was bit weird and unwecloming on day 1 but last day another lady was very pleasing and friendly and she was great in saying good bye !

ChinaWe love this place. The staff is amazing and make you feel welcome. The hotel is not new, the furnishing is not new, the SPA is not new. But it is all very clean and somehow the fact that it’s a bit older just adds to the relaxing atmosphere you are most likely looking for when choosing a hotel in Tirol’s beautiful countryside. The natural pool with a view is ice cold but that’s also the point…for kids there is a playroom, outdoor playground and Minigolf available…and the food (both breakfast buffet and a la carte) is fantastic…highly recommended place for families with kids

United StatesThere were several wedding parties going on when I arrived. That was beautiful to see with most guests adorned in traditional garb. The problem is one party continued under my balcony until 4 AM with singing, screaming and drunken chants. It seemed hotel staff were oblivious to all of this or, I suspect, also involved since drinks kept flowing.
This is a lovely place. The room was excellent in every way. The view from the hotel is spectacular and the wellness area optimal. The food was top notch with lovely service.

AustraliaAlthough it says room service on booking.com it isn’t room service like I am used to which is ordered from your room and brought to your room. However it was ordered from the restaurant and we brought it up to the room with the help of the staff which was just what we needed. This isn’t a negative thing just a bit different to what we’re used too.
This place was BEAUTIFUL. The room was amazing and the view was honestly BREATHTAKING. Large spacious rooms with an amazing bathroom with huge bath tub. The balcony view was beautiful and lots of room on the balcony to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was very yummy with lots of options including freshly made egg dishes at your request and lots of buffet style foods, breads and cereals. We ate restaurant food and had it in our room as we had travelled very far that day and the food from the restaurant was sooooo tasty. The staff were very friendly. I will return and highly recommend staying.

Hungarymy room was a little bit dirty ( hair on sheets and in the bathroom) there were no curtains in the room the fridge had problems and was always lighting, sometimes constantly but mostly on and off and was very disturbing. the “friendly “ staff at the reception said I should put a towel on it… no coffee included in the breakfast i had food poisoning after one dish

GermanyI took my wife here as a surprise for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing with incredible views all round. The staff was were so kind and helpful and extremely polite. The hotel manager so very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed he was so kind to even organise horse riding the following day. It was amazing and we had such a great time we stayed an extra night. Thank you all so much. We definitely will be back again.

SwitzerlandFormer glory! This is an embarrassment of a hotel. More like a youth hostel service standard that rips off its customers: 1) We booked a room for over 250EUR per night. The room had no curtains!!!!! Every morning at 05:45 we were woken up by the sun! 2) We paid 96 EUR for bringing our dog. We were promised blanket, bowls, and other amenity for our companion – unfortunately nothing was in the room! 3) The room we had was next to the road – besides the light it was also crazy loud. 4) The outdoor swimming pond was very nice – unfortunately they only had 4 sets of chairs. For a hotel with 38 rooms you can do the calculation – it did not work out. 5) They offered Nespresso coffee in the room – charging 4 EUR for a cup! 6) Reception staff was not helpful at all when inquiring about hikes or other activities. We were told that we should consult the internet. 7) One night a wedding took place – last guest left at 05:00. Screaming, shooting and loud noises. Not one mention to the hotel guests that this would be happening. No earplugs left in the rooms or a small message.
