Want a great location, look no further. This hotel exceeded our expectations! Our standard room was grand and would compare to most other hotel's superior rooms. Very spacious indeed.

They could have more toilets accessories .. honestly having shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all as one is not 5 star quality Very minor thing though

As it was a 5 star expected more facilities like tea and coffee in the room, turn down service, quoted room service but that was not available for food!!

The windowsill in the bathroom next to the toilet was a bit dirty on our arrival and wasn’t cleaned by room service, but otherwise it was clean.

A beautiful place to stay. The Junior suite was lovely and very comfortable. Great location. Service was very good as well.

The upper level room looked like someone was left out in a hurry and only few pieces of furniture were left in the room. In the shower smelled like a mule/ clogged sewers and doors handles was broken. My assumption is that the price room can't be in that condition. Pictures on the website do not match the actual outfit of the room.

Breakfast was good. The facilities as overall was clean. The location is almost perfect. Extremely warm corridor on the 5th floor.

Carpet felt a bit dated.

Lobby, staff, bar, all were beautiful. Loved the outdoor area with umbrellas for people watching and an afternoon libation. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were large and spacious , if a bit dated, but had an old world vibe. Which fits the area.

Our room was clean, spacious, light and comfortable. The location was excellent and we could walk to most attractions. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Tea pot and/or coffee machine were missing in the room badly! The hotel of this level should provide at least with tea facilities!

Traditionally decorated but fully refurbished hotel providing comfort and style. We highly appreciated to get the key of the room early in the morning upon the arrival! We even didn’t expect that. It was really nice for the side of the hotel stuff. Breakfast was very good, various and delicious!

We were placed in a room on the first floor. However, we were required to take the lift, then make a convoluted walk up several sets of stairs, across a corridor before reaching our room. This was harder when we had to do it with our luggage in tow. A ramp would have been easier. Key access was a traditional lock and key (only 1 key). The walls must be thinner than I thought as I could hear others in the neighbouring rooms.

Amazing location. Right in the centre of the square, just around from St Stephen’s cathedral , easy access to the underground subways. We were able to walk to all the sights extremely easily. Spacious room.

Location , Location , Location !! The hotel was close to everything , all the popular spots .. We arrived last March, it was still low season, and they upgraded our room, we had such a lovely surprise 👌 Breakfast was great and the room we received was wonderful .. We will definitely come back !

We had ants in our bathroom. We have told on reception, that we came for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary - we got just no reaction, not even in words...

The hotel itself is nice. The room is a bit got on in years, but it fits the common hotel style.The beds are comfortable, the room is clean. We didn't have any breakfast, so I can't say anything about, but there is a good bar with a tasty coffee and cocktails. To have a nice weekend in Vienna is a good choice. The location is top and excuses all the deficits.
