The accomodation is great, even better than the pictures show. It had everything we needed and everything is new and super clean. Our hostess was incredibly friendly and really determined in helping us feeling comfortable. Oh and I can't forget to mention that the view is amazing!

The apartment is a truly gem. We traveled every day in every part of the Tyrol, and that balcony was our relaxing place. Te eat a delicious kaiserschmarrn in the morning with that beautiful view…. Mrs Kendra is an amazing host, she helped us with everything. We had our Welcome Card for public transport and cable cars, we are grateful for this stay.

We spent three nights at Karlshof. The apartman was far better than expected, fully equiped with evertything we needed - even an electric grill on the balcony! As we were there with our son they also left some nice toys for him which we found really nice gesture. The location is superb you may relax and enjoy the nature but if you want you can reach Inssbruck downtown in ten minutes. Absolutely recommended!

There were too many house and fruit flies in the apartment even though it was super clean, maybe they’re just coming in from the nearby farms.

A very well furnished and thoughtfully designed apartment, stunning panoramic views of the valley and the mountains, full of amenities, nice outside parking. We loved everything about the apartment. Very quiet and relaxing!

Location, OMG, breathtaking views over the mountains and the city of Innsbruck. Also barely about 10 minutes drive to the city center. Kendra our host, such a nice and pleasant lady. Very warm welcome, so helpful and kind. Bedroom, living room, toilet were all of very high quality. Kitchen fully equipped.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's well kitted out, really spacious and comfortable, and the view is lovely.

We stayed 6 days and were very lucky with the weather: a thick layer of fresh snow fell on the first day and it was sunny the following days. The location is great, with a beautiful view on the valley and surrounding mountains. It is great starting point to go for a walk using the path next to the house and going up in the mountain. Our host Kendra was very friendly, discreet and thoughtful, she left us documents with plenty of useful tips in the living room. The apartment itself is spacious, bigger than it looks on the pictures, and also classier. It is a very relaxing place, comfortable and practical. Quality is there in every detail. We enjoyed it so much that it was hard for us to leave this place :) Really recommended, we will be back!

As a matter of fact: nothing and that's the only thing I can come up with after some hard thinking..

All was perfectly taken care of, and more than that. The apartment was clean, spacey, modern, with a balcony with great views over the valley and a very nice apartment with all amenities needed, all in perfect condition. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful in providing directions and information on activities in the area and beyond. Even a nice welcome present was there upon arrival. Great!

Everything was perfect!!!!

A true surprise of how thoughtful and caring the householders are. Its been a wonderful experience- As much consideration was put to ensure maximum convenience and great experience for the guests. The apartment feels new, very clean and modern.The children were thrilled to find box games awaiting for them, and Cendra is a special owner- Helped us a lot with any question. Insbruck card was also provided. We highly recommend this place that gave us the best experience in a long tour through Austria.

Kendra, the host, made a real point of ensuring we had all of the information we needed before arriving. She greeted us on arrival, even providing toys for children to play with for the duration of our stay. The apartment was beautiful and location on the farm created a quiet and relaxing setting for our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again for a return visit.
