We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Used the hotel as a transit location. Rooms are spacious. Automated checkin, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet with plenety choice. For our purpose of transit very much appreciated.

SwitzerlandMy mattress was completely worn out. Beyond anything that's acceptable (room 104). I was literally lying in a hole. Last time I had a mattress this worn out was in a 10 dollar hostel in Bolivia. As we went to bed quite late, it would've been an absolute pain to ask to switch rooms. Breakfast was ok but cheapest of cheap ingredients. Juice was merely water with sugar & color but had nothing in common with real juice. Given the very good recommendations, I was very disappointed. Did not fulfill the expectations at all.
Staff was friendly. Location is good.

Czech RepublicThe communication before our arrival was quite complicated. Firstly we were offered by early arrival check-in for 50 EUR. Than other receptionist answered that it is not possible. We at least wanted to store our luggage after our morning arrival which was also refused due to the not enough room. After our arrival we found out enough space for short term storage of luggage. It caused us some troubles because lockers at the trains station were out of order. Our room was equipped by older furniture and we were missing fridge. I think with such price level it might be better. Breakfast was regular. We were missing more fresh vegetable and fruits.
Room was large including bathroom. Part of our room was also terrace which might be fine speically during summer. Location of the hotel is just few minuts from railway and bus station.

AustriaThe WIFI connection was low signal in thecroom, therefore to get better connection need to go out to the hall. The window had no view.
Breakfast was good. In the hotel was very authentic design. Overall was really good, location very central. Free underground garage. Personal very nice qnd helpful

United StatesIt took me a while to figure out that the automatic check-in wanted my nationality as America rather than United States. Also, be forewarned— you have to have a credit card with a pin to use the automatic check in.
I stay here every year or so. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is huge, and it is right on the edge of the old center of town. Automatic check in is convenient.

SwitzerlandI have appreciated the help for the self-checking, which for us was a bit awkward. In fact the machine did not recognize our family name, please be ready with the password number that booking.com provides. Later after 10 p.m. when there is nobody at the reception we have seen late guests struggling with the machine. This point could and should be improved. Thanks
The Hotel is well situated anf offers free parking facility. The breakfast was OK. Staff are kind and responding.

TurkeyIt is a tradional, family hotel in the heard of Feldkirch. We are very happy to meet Eileen, the mother of the owner. She was helpfull in all matters. Rooms are tradional furnished and big. The breakfast was very nice. They have a cosy garden for relax with a glass of wine. We enjoyed very to stay there..

SpainThe room had an old carpet. And it was very hot that day, but the room only had a ventilator which was very loud and also the room was facing the main street, so very loud with an open window.
The rooms were very clean, the staff was really friendly and it was good price. Also the breakfast was nice.
