It’s lakefront with beautiful views. Easily walkable to town and along the lake, gorgeous location. We booked it last minute during low season and was surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger apartment with 2 rooms. And we also enjoyed the spa and sauna, a nice surprise.

The property was right on the beach with swimming and paddle boarding and kayaking available to guests for free. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had great views on the water. The staff were really lovely. The apartment had everything. The property was a 5 minute walk to town centre. The town had wonderful restaurants right on the water.

Please install bug screens on the windows. It's nice to sleep with the windows open but the mosquitos get in causing great discomfort.

There was no dish washing soap and materials except the dishwasher, what can be cumbersome for a few items. The wifi was OK but sometimes needed to switch to cellular internet.

Amazing place. Many boats and pedal catamarans are for free at the private beach. The family room we ordered was very large with great sea view. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed to prepare a meal. Refrigirator, microwave, oven, gas and dishwasher. There is also a sauna with indoor small pool.

the location is just great. the staff is kind, helpful and funny. all the boats, kayaks and SUP boards are free for the guests.

Maybe the pool water could be warmer. It is of course a matter of habit because it cannot be said that the water was cold.

ON THE LAKE IT CAN'T BE BETTER. Exceptional kindness of the owner and staff. Although I reserved only one apartment without my special request, they gave me two for the same price, one next to the other with a view of the lake. That has never happened to me anywhere. The facility is perfectly organized, although the reception is only open until the afternoon. You can get all information by phone, and most services by pressing a button.

Everything was fine

New, clean, spacious apartments for a large company or 2 families, a spa center. The sauna is available 24/7! Great view and access to the lake. Special thanks to the staff who helped me solve the problem.

The room's door can be opened from the inside very quickly and easily also for a small children, and unfortunately my 2 years old discovered it inmediately. I considered it dangerous.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I could not sleep. The pool is unusable because it is so cold. An indoor pool that is not heated? Useless. Enough people have complained about this. You would think the owners would do something about it. The breakfast is completely overpriced for what you get and the price for the breakfast online when you use the QR code in the room is lower than what they actually charge.

The location is gorgeous and quiet. You could not be closer to the lake. The room was big enough and was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I like that we could rent bikes there. There was plenty of parking for us. Wifi was good enough for us. You can walk to downtown Velden, including the casino.

I liked the position next to the lake on the sunny side and proximity to the Velden city center... Super nice stuff. Friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms and great breakfast with some local stuff and lots of different juices and good coffee machine !!

Only minor thing to improve is that there could be more stuff in the kitchen ( pan for the eggs, paper tissues, salt and pepper, sugar,..)
