Very comfortable accommodation in the little picturesque town centre with provided parking for vehicles. The staff was friendly and kind, especially the lady in the morning during the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was big. The sauna is a great addition (steam sauna and Finnish sauna). The town is close to the Obertauern ski resort (20 minutes drive) and Grosseck-Speiereck (10 minutes drive).

Sauna was closed

We stayed only one night and continued the next day to our holiday. Breakfast was awesome (fresh bakery and pastry, delicious coffee and chocolate milk for kids), comfortable room, although the receptionist in the evening looked she was bothered by our questions (especially about closed sauna), the morning staff was great and very patient with our kids Location was very nice, the castle was open until late.

just a tiny comment: would be a great idea to include a kettle in the rooms, as it gets quite cold here during ski season and it would be nice to be able to drink some hot tea in the room

Perfect hotel for ski weekend with the family! We love that we can ski at Obertauern and then stay at the quieter and cuter town of Mauterndorf at Hotel Binggl. The husband and wife who run the hotel are so lovely and sweet! The breakfast is amazing (the jams are particularly delicious)!! Rooms are cozy and have everything you need. And don't forget to visit the attached bakery -- we always buy the Linzeraugen cookies as a post-ski treat. We started coming here 10 years ago when we lived in Austria for a couple years and now we are back and bring our kids!

The staff was really kind and polite. They greeted the guests every day at breakfast and checked if everything was okay. We arrived after the normal check-in time with no extra charge. The hotel is clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious!

I loved the place. My brother is lodging there every winter for year's, and he knows the good places. Real Austrian coziness. Clean, modern, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We got tips for the best slopes and snow. Excellent breakfast with pastries from their own bakery. The design of the sauna is amazing. The reception is closed in the evening, which was not a problem for us arriving very late at night. We just told them beforehand and they fixed everything. It lies central to most ski destinations in the area. There is a shuttle bus. We had a car, which was very convenient. There are free parking lots around the house. We will come again.

We especially liked friendliness and kindness of the staff. They even arranged for us to check in late, after 10pm as we got delayed in our arrival.

It might be difficult to find a car park. We expected more from breakfast as they also have a Bakery.

Room was spacious and clean. Close to Village and Castle. Staff are kind. If they are not at the reception go to the Bakery.

The curtains didn't dim enough light. We were travelling with our baby so it was not ideal as it was too light in the room. How hard can it be to use blackout curtains?... The bakery is in the same location, so the person at the reception is sometimes absent as he's in the bakery shop and can take a while before he arrives. So be patient 😄 No airco which this hotel could use, the room was quite hot!

Spacious rooms with lots of clothing space. For a longer stay this would be ideal, for 1 night certainly an overkill. Good breakfast.
