Great central location. Exceptional staff and a perfect room. We found the location easy to find and could easily walk to the main Salzburg locations.

Despite being a boutique hotel, the level of service provided was exemplary, ensuring a top-notch client experience throughout our stay. Contrary to expectations, the locals proved to be warm and welcoming, challenging any preconceived notions. In summary, the hotel boasts amazing service and an impressive design, leaving my wife and me thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

The carpet on the staircase and hallways looked old and dirty. The black and white mural of the Frauen at the staircase landing was scary.

The roof deck restaurant was nice. Very good location. The Jazz apples on the front desk were super delicious. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Things to be aware of: Hotel Guests need advanced reservations for roof top restaurants in the evening. A spa being closed on weekends was a bummer

Most gorgeous view of the town from the roof top terrace breakfast area. Accompanied by the great breakfast spread with good quality produce. The kids loved the personalized egg station and the choice of meats and fruits.

I wish the Sky Bar opened sooner than 9:00 am for breakfast. We did not buy breakfast plan but would have been happy to dine there a la carte. We just had so many things to do that we wanted to be on our way sooner.

Our room had a spacious bedroom and another room separated by a divider with desk on other side and couch and chair. We really loved this extra space to spread out in, especially since my sister got up early and worked on her computer but did not disturb me while I was still sleeping. The Sky Bar was fun and we had drinks there twice and ate there once. Wish we had time to try their other two restaurants. We enjoyed the sauna but be warned it is coed and towels are only used to sit on. Nice that the front desk had free water bottles and apples every day. Staff everywhere was super helpful and courteous.

It was nice as it was close to Salzburg Station and the tourist attractions in Salzburg were within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel rooms and facilities were clean. Breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Room got hot and was hard to get the temperature right. Leaving the windows open was great for the temperature but it was way TOO noisy and I could not sleep, most nights due to that. Reception was great in attending to the issue. They were great! Aside from that everything else was Great!

Food was good, wine was great, location was great. Everything but room being hot or noisy... Reception was great in assisting immediately to the matter.

Beds could have been softer. Second bedroom was also the living room. Would rather have had couch vs 2 chairs for seating area. Would rather have empty fridge than one stocked with items to purchase. Wish it had a balcony.

Very nice quality hotel that included an upscale rooftop restaurant with view of the fortress and a cellar bar/restaurant. We had a spacious, quiet 2 bedroom suite with large dressing room and bathroom with large tub, shower, and separate toilet room.Hotel is easy walk to both train station and historic part of town. Small gym avail. Somewhat quieter part of town but lots of shops and restaurants still.. we enjoyed the nearby Linzer gasse pedestrian street with lots of sidewalk cafes. Housekeeping every day. Appears to have A/C in warmer months. It was a great choice for our family.

Spacious and comfortable family room ( we got the bigger unit with an extra separate little room ), very well located near old city and close to other attractions. Parking options available . All staff was very supportive , specially Clemens who really went the extra mile to help us sorting out last minute challenges .

Cleaners entered room very early whilst still in bed... twice! And slow to then leave when asked.
