Cubicle was approximately 30 degrees celcius. A/C outside of cubicle was good enough, but the air doesn't circulate into the cubicle. They provided a fan, but it was broken. Management refused to replace it for 4 days.

As many others wrote, the temperature in the pod was unbearable. The portable fan didn’t really help. In the common areas the AC machines helped to cool the air a bit but it didn’t come into the pods. Furthermore the bedsheet had many holes and I couldn’t see any fire or CO detectors… We were planing to stay three nights but had to leave after the first one due to the conditions. When we contacted the host about a (partial) refund we were met with a dismissive answer and did not receive any refund.

Good value and easy to reach via public transport. The kitchen and bathroom were clean enough.

There was nothing to like about this property and it wasn't anything like what was advertised. While we DID expect a small room with minimal luxuries, the pictures completely skew your expectations. The entrance is not well signed and the 'security door', which had a code, wasn't working and was unlocked permanently. The linen had holes and was stained. It states 'shared bathrooms' but nowhere does it state that they are unisex. The rooms have no ventilation and it feels as though you are in a sauna all night. The coffee machine and toaster didn't work. The door frame to our room was broken and falling off. There were nails in the room which were showing through on the walls where you could scratch yourself. The carpets were lifting in the common spaces and the area smelled like vomit. The rooms are definitely not sound proof as advertised. There is nowhere to hang your towel or clothes in the bathrooms while showering. I am yet to receive a response from the property after requesting for assistance soon after check in. The also failed to send through the WiFi details. We checked out the next morning as a 5 day stay at this property would not have been possible. I would recommend staying anywhere else in Vienna but here. I am well travelled and usually stay in hostels, and this is by far the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at. I would've felt better rating this property a zero as well as paper shredding the money I wasted on this accommodation.

The room was MUCH too hot. No outlets near the bed meant the fan had to sit at the foot of the bed and kept falling over. No complimentary drinking water. The woman cleaning was a bit strange, somewhat terse.

High heat and bad ventilation in the rooms - during the summer it is impossible to sleep there until late at night, everybody keeps doors open to get some air (as there are no windows and ventilation seems to be very modest to say the least)

The location was bad and felt unsafe. From the front door downstairs the place was dirty and off putting. It was smelly in our cube, the bed clothes were dirty & had hairs on them. the bathroom was unclean. No air con. I cancelled a two night stay on arrival to the above and the staff haven’t been a single but helpful over the last number of days. I didn’t stick around long enough to photograph

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this property. The room I was assigned was unbearably hot, with an extremely poor ventilation system. It was impossible to breathe comfortably inside the room. I booked for 5 nights but could only manage to stay for 2 hours. In those 2 hours, I had to sleep in the lounge, which was the only place with breathable air and a decent temperature. I noticed other guests sleeping with their doors open or spending the night on the lounge couches due to the extreme heat. The noise throughout the night made it impossible to get any rest. This was a horrible experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The location was good and the check in was easy, the only good things about this property.

never would be thinking that I would arrived into something where I would be hitting my head and not able to breathe & on top of that would be denied to be given a fresh towel and the internet would be always reconnecting not possible to work and it would be without AC in the hot summer because this is illegal in fact it was opened sooner than it was supposed to be it's not even on maps and it's going to be dealt with ASAP in face of law due to the suffering of all of us especially also older people compromised security and they are filming also you would be under cameras in the common spaces but door is broken and anyone can enter there was a huge scene happening at night not knowing whether that's a person from there or not not allowing others to sleep!

THIS IS AN ILLEGAL LISTING DUE TO A VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE IN THE CUBE WHERE THERE IS ONLY A BED AND A SHELF! ACCORDING TO ALL THIS IS NOT ALLOWED!!! WE HAVEN'T BEEN STILL REIMBURSED!!!!! + Booking.com is scamming FURTHER!!!! We were depleted to dehydrated and deprived of oxygen therefore experiencing low performance at work business losses and delays in VERY IMPORTANT projects!!!! It was hot like in SAUNA!!!! VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY DURING HOT SUMMER!!!! THE HOST REFUSED TO PROVIDE FANS NO AC!!!! There were many people from multiple countries complaining about that as well and the safety of the building also older people who needed to sleep in that Cube on the FLOOR!!!! Otherwise it would be risking strokes heart attacks!!!!! We needed to sleep with the door open to the building which was unsaved not security provided broken door to the whole facility anyone could get in during the night and there was a scene and the 1:25 a.m. happening for 40 minutes not sure what it was a person from the accommodation in the common area waking up everyone not caring about loud notifications and phone calls it's pretty loud in general!!!! TOTALLY UNSAVED WE WERE RISKING OUR LIVES HEALTH!!!!! There were some older people as well that were including me and I am 37 where concerned about safety as well and health and the possible heart attacks because it was without AC which is not allowed in such environments and living accommodation arrangements as there I was refused to be given a towel and couldn't take a shower before my business meetings it is a hot summer!!!!

I like the original design from the photos and I was totally thinking I will have a normal room spacious bright as here on advertising also there were some good elements like a dance studio in the same building but
