The carpet inside the room was dirty but the room overoll it’s very, very clean including the bathroom and the sheets. The breakfast has few choices!

A very pleasant hotel in a nice location close to one of Vienna's most important monuments. The city centre is decently accessible by public transport. Guests can park in the public car park under the hotel (hotel guests get a discount).

I recently stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Vienna Schonbrunn in a Junior King Suite with a balcony and a view. While the room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view, my overall experience was marred by disappointing customer service. The so-called "room service" turned out to be just a bar in the lobby with no option to order from the room. To make matters worse, there were additional charges of 6 euros for food delivery to the room, a practice I had never encountered in a hotel before. Even food delivery services like Foodora or Mjam are more affordable. The breakfast facilities were pleasant, but the staff appeared untrained and unable to answer simple questions about food, ingredients, allergens, and so on. I was passed from one employee to another, and only the third person could answer my question, albeit in a very arrogant manner, tossing dishes and waving their hands. This was truly unpleasant. The real frustration came when one of our guests left their laptop in the room after check-out. We promptly contacted the hotel, and the receptionist assured us that someone from room service would check the room. However, 50 minutes later, we had received no updates, and our calls to the hotel went unanswered. It was only when we called from a different number that someone answered immediately. This inconsistency in responsiveness was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the reception team was neither friendly nor helpful with other inquiries. My experience at the Doubletree Vienna Schonbrunn did not meet my expectations, and I felt that I did not receive value for my money. I had hoped for a higher level of service and was genuinely disappointed with the hotel's performance. There is certainly room for improvement in staff training and customer service.

Check in were waiting more than 15 min the receptionist was on the phone no one else to help When you need information and city map and how to go around they city weren't very helpful She was talking as we are resident not tourist First language and name of places strange for us I travel all time never saw like that every one was helpful and explain in details how to get where you want Hotel location was far from any other attraction except the shabarun palace. Other think restaurant server they didn't know what thy doing seems lost No resturant or grocery close by all close early so one day we were starving even no room service cs they had a big group to serve so they close 930.

Very strange lightening of the room.On the bed, there is no light to read in any combination. Location of the hotel is not perfect, IIt is to far away from the nearest U Bahn station .

Receptionist tried to trick us public parking is paid during weekend so we pay for their underground garage…Breakfast quality is not great, if you’re not in a hurry better try some of the breakfast places around the city.

The location - it did not feel safe to walk in the evening in this area. It is a good location if you just want to visit Schonbrunn. It was really far from the central area and we had to keep changing public transport (tram, bus and metro) to get to what we wanted to visit.

The room was really clean and spacious, with a nice view of the inner court. The bed was really comfy, we had everything we needed.
