The bed in at least the treehouses is not the best, if you are not a petite person.

The scenery was gorgeous. The village is small but stores are open on sundays. The treehouses were fully equipped with kitchen supplies. The resort also offers trolleys in which you can haul your luggage in from the car into your accomodation as paths are not paved.

Check in rather late (4pm) and check out very early (till 10am), location- although beautiful surroundings there are no restaurants near that works after 6pm, shops as well..so some food delivery that could have arrangements with resort could be great.

Totally different experience- tree house is so beautiful, small but cozy, very warm, equipped with everything that you might need (except soap - so bring your own) and most importantly- clean and seems new. It is nicely decorated and designed. For a family with one small kid - great. There is parking for the guests and swimming pool. Stuff is very polite and helpful!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the apartment wasn’t totally cleaned before we arrived (i am talking about some crumbs and dust on the floor) and just a few washing supplies that you get on arrival (only 3 dish washer tablets and only 1 kitchen cloth).

Great location and the entire resort is awesome. There are plenty things to do around the resort, like hiking, swimming, enjoying the nature. We were there with our two year old and it was amazingly peaceful.

Some kitchen parts like door handles were loose and needed tightening all the time. And very thin drinking glasses prone to break in the dishwasher (first world problems, I know)

It was quite warm and the shade on the balcony was perfect. However sometimes a bit of sunshine would have been nice. when down from the treehouse no room to put a chair down because of the slopes

Although we received many warnings that we cannot go in with a car, the cleaners go around the lot with a car, and on our last day there was a foreign car in the camp as well, which we though was inconsistent but not a big issue considering that there was only 5-6 guest groups at the camp other than that, the place gives you the best dish cleaning package you will ever see, it really great to keep up with dishes, but one small problem, you will not find hand soap in the accommodation. It is sad to see that the management worries mostly about you cleaning their dishes and leaving the chalet as clean as possible, but adding a small bar of soap for your basic hygiene is not an option. Sorry, but I had to write this considering the world situation, and the need to at least wash your hands on arrival!

we loved the camp and the chalet! the accommodation kept nice and warm even though we came for the ski season, we didn’t mind the short walk with the carts. Overall amazing value for money, and the accommodation is built very well and the place isn’t packed during winter. You will get everything for cleaning the dishes during your stay.
