Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

All in all ok value for money. The standard of the room was basic. No kettle or water. Towels were just about ok but clean. We had to ask room service to change the towels in our room each day but the room was not serviced during our stay. Location is good and buffet breakfast was ok. Just a bit more attention to detail would make this Hotel extra nice.

Also, the hotel's location gives a strange (and wrong!) impression to someone who is visiting Vienna for the first time.

RomaniaThere is no terrace/balcony/on top of the block - terrace, etc where one could have stayed and drank coffee, smoke a cigarette, etc. The breakfast was pretty ok but everyday were the exact same things. For a few-days stay it is ok but for someone who stays there for a week or more, having the exact same thing would not be pleasant.
Good prices, nice place, clean, the breakfast food was ok for a short stay, relatively close to public transportation means and to the city centre, there's a Billa shop 2 minutes away from the hotel and a small plaza with a few terraces but they didn't seem to be too clean or welcoming. At the end, it is a nice place to stay and it's prices are super ok. I would recommend it to my friends.

AustriaThere was no hand soap, so you arrive from your travel and you don’t habe soap to wash your hands. And for 120€ that i paid for one night, i expected hand soap in the room. Of course not soap for body and nothing extra. I don’t know how someone who will arrive late and supermarkets are closed how they will make shower.
There is a supermarket really close and was clean as well.

TurkeyAs you may note from the previous reviews – the reception is closed during night. And there is no security guy for any case of emergency. And they have problems with room magnetic keys. It was a note about it, they knew that visitors' keys could demagnetize. And there was no solution provided if it happened during night. So, that happened to me! While at 7pm my key worked fine, I was not able to use in at 1am. It demagnetized, I tried to open my room door for 20 times. And there is nothing you can do – no person in the whole 7-floor hotel, no phone number provided. Terrible management decision.
