The parking lot is very small and barely fits a few cars, so there was a risk that someone would damage your car. If I hadn't gone down to the car in the morning, a couple of people with a van couldn't get out of the parking lot, so they almost damaged my car. The parking lot is small as it is, but they should take care not to allow more cars than there is space. In order to get to our room, we approached through workers who were also working on decorating other apartments in the hotel. A big complaint is that the workers start work at 8 in the morning and the noise bothered us. The biggest complaint is that the bed was broken because the slats under the mattress cracked and we collapsed twice during the night, so I moved the slats that are under the legs, up to be under the body, so I repaired the temporary damage. The wall molding in the hallway was broken off, so I bumped my toe. Considering that it is a hotel that looks nice, they should take more care of the functionality like this bed and the rest. In addition, I was told at the reception that if I arrive after 11 pm, I have to enter with a PIN code. When I arrived the access device was not working, I was confused how to enter the hotel. I realized that the parking garage was open, so I entered through the parking lot and the elevator in the parking lot. Note: The internet is so bad that it's as if it doesn't exist in the room. All in all, the rating is from 0 to 10, I would give 7 to the overall impression.

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. It has its own parking lot. The apartment has everything you need, the bathroom is wonderful and large. The price is affordable considering the location.

There is only singular issue: the garage. I suggest to basically ignore this as an option. This is hardly a realistic criticism - the building was a originally a normal house in the area, built many years ago, so the requirement for the garage space isn't on par with current standards. Whole garage is very narrow, extremely difficult to fit in and even more difficult to move your car to steep and narrow entrance. Moving the car out of the garage was the most adrenaline sport I ever did in my life! It was barely a millimeters measure preventing the car to be scratched. So yeah, if you desperately need to park you car in a garage, put it anywhere else and you'd thank me later. Still - go into the garage and admire the artwork.

Location is pretty much perfect, close to the bus stations and Ubahn, you can reach a city center in 15 minutes. It is very calm and silent surroundings. Shops are in very walkable distance around, even some snacking in the evening is possible. Oh and yes, it is very artistic, especially graffiti in garage is awesome!

Only paid room cleanup., this was inconvenient as my stay was for 6 nights. Quality and availability of good quality pillow was questionable.

Cleaning of the room was provided only for additional costs. Containers of sanitary bags and paper tissues in the bathroom were empty, the door handle of the bathroom fell apart each time I opened the door.

We booked a double bed but they have just pushed 2 single beds together which creates a gap and is quite uncomfortable. The mattress was also very hard and not very comfortable. The room was very hot and there was no fan in the bathroom.

The room equipment is outdated in some aspect, and there is technically no reception available in the morning until some point close to the check in time in the afternoon. It would not be very convenient for travellers who are going to leave their luggages to the reception before check-in or after check out

The room is big and spacious, and the hotel locates in a quite area with a reasonably convenient transportation to attractions and city centre. The breakfast is included, it was basic but fresh and good.
