Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaWe actually had something very odd and not typical of a hilton hotel happen to us during our stay. We arrived early and checked in however the room wasn't ready so we were told to come back later. We arrived after 3pm and were given a room. We went up and unpacked then decided to take a nap as we were tired after our night flight. About an hour later i heard someone opening our door with a key. I opened the door and said yes ? they said it was their room and they had just checked in. I told then we had also checked in that day and this was the room we were given. We then recived a call from someone at reception who rudley asked when we checked in and what my name was then told me "one min" and hung up on me....
We stayed here as my husband was participating in the Vienna marathon. It has a great location, we walked everywhere and only used public transpo a couple of times which are a a couple of min walks away. The room is very large and the beds were really comfy. The bathroom was also very large. we had breakfast once and there is a large variety.

The breakfast was first class good choice and the staff happy. The room was large with plenty of space, bathroom was also large with walk in shower, only fault was hand towels were in the shower unit and not by the washing bowl. Perfect stay this being our 4th visit. We loved it.

UkraineThe room is 36 m, I was with twins, but the bed is one large and they put a folding bed. It is not clear why it is not possible to make 3 one-bedroom or two-bedroom and also one-bedroom, the area allows. But there is a huge table that no one uses. Well, that's a question for the designer. The hotel needs to be repaired a little, there are scuffs and stains in the room, untidy carpets in the corridors.
Great location, liked the staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Big room, comfortable bed and pillows. Cool breakfast.It is good hotel!!

MaltaThe VIP lounge was somewhat lack lustre. I have been to many, and I would say that this one was probably the worst. Basic bisuits and nuts available during the day and of course tea/coffee or soft drinks. You could only grab a glass of wine or beer between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. Their ''happy hour 5pm to 7pm, consisted of soup or maybe a rice dish. However, once finished there was litle to replace it, so if there were a lot of guests (weekend) then you had to be quick to get what there was. I was at the Corithia in Prague, there suite was not as good as the Hilton, but the VIP lounge had way more selection. I feel they need to look into and invest a little more comfort for the VIP guests in this area. Attentiveness: Two VIP guests arrived one minute after 7pm and the staff had already removed all wine and drinks and food within that time. The lady guest looked quite upset that they had missed it all. I went to the staff and asked them to give them a glass of wine, but they seemed more worried that they would get into TROUBLE if they did. I had to beg them. This for me tells me a very interesting story about the management and how the general staff feel. I hope this will be considered. As a business consultant I am very aware of how to make a business expectation exceed and keep staff and customers loyal. If the managers would like to contact me for more of my observations then I urge them to contact me.

United KingdomBathroom smelt abit upon arrival, however we ran the shower for 5/10mins and this seemed to fix the issue. To use the sauna you had to be fully nude, no swimwear or towels (I know this is normal in places like Germany, but just giving a heads up),
Beautiful hotel, luxurious feeling rooms (we had a bath, shower and two sinks in our room), stunning lobby and bar area, really comfortable bed. Amazing central location, close to all the bus, tram and tube stops (I recommend buying the 48hr pass). Great breakfast with so many options from a full English, to fruit and yogurt selections, to cheeses and cold meats, to cakes and pastries. Worth adding the breakfast option. Breakfast started at 7:30 and finished at 10:30 and 11 on weekends. Checkout was a 12pm! giving us lots of time in the morning.

KuwaitThe free breakfast in the executive lounge fell well below expectations. We ended up paying for breakfast in the restaurant instead. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very loud and we felt we were being shouted at. The AC in the room did not work very well, luckily we had a balcony so we were able to sleep with the balcony door open.
We loved how friendly the cleaning staff was and the treats we received. The bathroom facilities were very nice and there was very good water pressure. Loved that our room had a balcony that we were able to use and keep the door open when the AC wasn't working so well. Loved that there was a good gym, especially after spending the previous 2 weeks in boutique hotels. The staff in the restaurant and Executive lounge were very friendly. It was located in a very central part of the old town and it made walking around very easy. Also loved all the extra storage in the room, even though the room was much smaller than what we had expected. The Convenience store in the lobby was so convenient and had anything from snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and toiletries.
