The Superior Chalet is not overly luxurious decorated; a lot of the kitchenware is cheap plastic or are not matching sets. A bit of a shame and imho unnecessary. During our stay the nearby car-train tunnel to Gastein was closed for maintenance, which was actually great, as this meant the valley was much more quiet (no trains, less cars etc.) than usual.

Superbly located on a small hill overlooking the campgrounds, with a magnificent 360-view at the surrounding alps. The outdoor bathtub on the deck is a very nice detail and was greatly appreciated by our kid--and myself, while my wife loved the sauna. We truly enjoyed our stay and even extended with a week.

Breakfast that can be served in the mobile houses is quite expensive considering you have to fry the eggs by yourself. Mölltal gletcher is half an hour away by car. Ski bus takes you to the near skiing resort called Malnitz/Ankogel that is quite small.

Mobile house is newly furnised, clean and warm (we stayed there during skiing season). Camp has all the facilities needed - ski room, laundry place, restaurant that serves good food. There is also a local swimming pool with saunas near by.

The nearest Ankogelbahn ski-centrum has been opened only partially, but charging the full cost of ski-pass. Although this feedback is not directly linked with the accomodation, having the ski-center just a 5 minutes drive from the bungallow would be a big benefit.

Nice and clean bungallow with high-level of privacy. I have never thought of staying in the camp for the winter holiday, but actually it was perfect. We also enjoyed the free entrance to swimming-pool, that we enjoyed at the end of every skiing day.

From the moment we arrived at HOCHoben in Mallnitz, we knew we had found something truly special. Every single aspect of our stay was flawless, making this one of the most unforgettable trips we've ever had. The chalet was spotless, designed with comfort and elegance, and offered breathtaking views of majestic mountain peaks and lush forests. Waking up to such a stunning landscape was simply magical. Inside, the cozy fireplace added a warm and inviting touch, while the private sauna was an absolute luxury—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The staff was exceptional – professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly stood out! One of the highlights was the small hill next to the chalets, covered in artificial snow. The staff provided free sleds, and we had a blast racing down like kids again! The town of Mallnitz is a charming gem, filled with friendly locals who made our visit even better. Nature lovers will be amazed by the Alpe-Adria Trail, offering stunning frozen lakes and waterfalls straight out of a fairytale. Words can’t fully capture how incredible this experience was. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the service to the chalet and breathtaking surroundings. But what made this place even more special is that I proposed to my girlfriend here, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting. The breathtaking views, the warmth of the people, and the magic of this place made that moment truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we will be back – and we will be telling everyone they need to visit this spectacular place. HOCHoben is truly a slice of paradise in the heart of the Alps!

The kitchen was thin on amenities, and the quantity of all elements was low. Which resulted in using the dishwasher more often than what was needed. Not in anyone’s favor!

modern, quiet place, surrounded by mountains with a beautiful view. We got different vounchers like free!! enterance to the local swimming pool & SPA so we were able to relax in the hot water and enjoy the sauna there as well.

The breakfast was a bit expensive. However, you are able to choose between 3 different ones (5€, 10€, 20€) so that was not a big problem!

The mobile home was clean and comfortable. You are also in the middle of beautiful mountains!

Beautiful place with activities for kids. Extremely nice girls on reception. In our mobile home we had everything that we need. Was clean and warm. The town is small and quiet, and has everything that we needed - food market, restaurants, swimming pool, free buses to the lake and mountain river, to the lift. Around beautiful nature and mountains, we will back sure.

There was not enough trash bags and dishwasher tablets (2-2 pieces each) for our stay (5 days). Besides this everything was perfect.

Person at the reception didn't speak english so it was a bit awkward to get all the information we needed. Beds were a bit too soft.

Everything in the apartment was great, we also ordered the breakfast first day which was a bit pricey but it was so huge it lasted us for almost 3 full breakfasts (we only bought fresh pastry). There is also a free skibus that has a stop right in front of the main reception of the hotel.

We went during their off season so restaurant was closed and a lot of nearby places are closed as well. We didn’t mind as there is a grocery store nearby and fully equipped kitchenette.

The property was super clean and modern. Views are beautiful! They have chalet and mobile home options which are both beautiful and well equipped. During snow season there is a little hill for sledding and a play area on the property.

We booked a superior chalet which has an amazing view over the valley. It is very specious and everything you might need is there . The interior wood design is cozy and spotless clean. The sauna was an unexpected extra gem . The small slope inside the camping ( although the lift was not in service ) was very helpful especially if you have small kids who never being on a slope before . The Ankogel ski slopes are like 10 min driving and there is a bus . I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a family holiday away from the busy slope .
