Bed matress was a little soft for me. Since the room is small, one needs to open the window for some time to have fresh air otherwise it gets a bit not so comfortable. Its actually not a problem, just mentioning. Window, heating is good.

It has a very good location. Old city can be reached on foot, Hauptbahnhof (train station) can be reached with bus easily. Bus stop is not far. Room window looked on trees, some green surface, there are nice buildings around. Its quite calm at night. Reception staff is lovely. We haven't tried breakfast. Heating was efficient. Small room, with simple but friendly design, clean enough.

Breakfast was a good choice, but sadly the hot food was Luke warm, reported to hotel, they did fresh scrambled eggs for me although same thing happened the next day. Also a fridge in the room would be cool(excuse the pun) & maybe a kettle! Maybe a plug in the wash basin to save water too. Enjoyed my stay very much though

The room was good, clean. At the reception there was a guy who was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok but there was a strange woman (worker) who was looking at us very strangely.

It was ok, they say that there is free public parking but when you go there the only parking is the Hotel parking and it costs 12 euro a day.

No access to a warm drink in the evening. Lift system impossible to use to access floor my room was on. Traveling solo with a large case having to unexpectedly navigate stairs was not fun!

Very friendly local hotel located not far from the Old Town Salzburg. We had an attic two-bedroom studio with a view over the mountains. Shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We liked the fact that it is located in a residential area so not touristy at all. Two omnibus lines take you to the heart of Salzburg. The airport is a 10-minute ride by public transport.

Whilst the facilities were absolutely fine and the beds and everything comfortable/clean, I would just suggest a deep clean when possible. Some corners of the walls had cobwebs, but overall it certainly wasn't unclean by any standard.

This hotel was great for a two night stay. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a 'Superior' room which was very spacious and the facilities were great for the price paid. The staff were friendly and pleasant and I encountered no issues. A very convenient location too. The bus stops opposite the hotel and you can easily get to the airport or the centre of Salzburg in minutes.

The breakfast buffet table was of high quality, a very good variety of food and drinks. The hotel location is very good for exploring the city. It is at a walking distance from the historical centre of the town, meanwhile the area allows for easy parking, and there are good local restaurants in the neighbourhood. The quality for price is highly appreciable.

Rooms were a few floors apart and small. Shower could be remodeled as it was a tub with a shower head on the wall. Parking was limited, but the staff accommodated our needs.

Breakfast was amazing! Our rooms were comfortable and well maintained. It was a great place to rest and relax while exploring Salzburg. We would stay there again.

Pillows weren't really comfy. Black tea was missing in the box with tea.

The hotel was central to sightseeing and affordable for an extended stay, if that’s a choice next time. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and make our time in Salzburg as comfortable as possible.
