I booked a room with 2 separated beds, but I got only 1 big bed and it was pretty uncomfortable for me (while I was looking for a hotel, I sorted them for having exactly 2 beds, so I skipped really good options because they had only 1 big bed). Also we didn't have cutlery, even after we asked for cutlery we haven't got it.

It was very clean and the district is lovely, in spite of the fact that it's too far from the centre.

The lighting in the room. Lots of different lights around the room but not one central bright one. Out my window was directly on to the balcony of next door. I wouldn't recommend this room location.

My first experience of a living hotel. Proximity to train station was good. Check in was easy. Hotel was very clean. Rooms very clean. Apt was good size. Very good shower. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage space. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on food.

İt was a little bit far away from city center. but tramvay station was very close hotel.

I went to early and I had luggage. they helped me about luggage. I was leaved my luggage there. It was a perfect room. there is a more clearly and there was a perfect view in room. Breakfast was amazing. I never seen like that breakfast any hotel.

Some of the hotel needs renovation although I was staying in one of the newer rooms. My room was quite a distance from the lift and up several small stairs which for me wasn't a problem but might be for some people. My doorknob fell off and I did have to remind them to send a cleaner on one day, but these are not huge issues and were resolved quickly.

This hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The locations is also very good if you want to be in the 19th district of Vienna, close to the heurigen restaurants and also near public transport for quick access to the centre of the city.

The room was very warm and we were unable to reduce the temperature. Beds were a little basic. Quite small and just one pillow. We were quite near the lift and it was quite noisy with people coming back late and not respecting others' privacy.

Clean. Very helpful reception staff who provided valuable information and looked after the bags for us until the room was ready and then after we checked out. Excellent cafe on site. The food was very good and it had excellent cakes. Nice bar area. Two supermarkets very nearby. Excellent location for the tram and train. 20 minutes to central Vienna by tram and 10 minutes by tram to the very nice village of Grinzing.

The headboard on the bed was worn and cracked which shed particles onto the bed but otherwise everything was very good.
