Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaThat was a bad stay that I never experienced before. The room facility was ok, but the management was terrible. I already paid online and only need to pay a city tax in the reception, but they changed me the full price again. Although I got back to them again and get my money, I still think it’s very unprofessional. Another horrible thing is my door is opened at 8:45 in the morning! Without any knocking! Maybe the cleaning guy but it was so terrifying! And the guy just said “excuse” and close the door, without any apologies. All those things makes me feel the hotel management is messy, the stuffs are unprofessional. It’s not worth the price, and also not fitting the standard quality of ibis.

United KingdomWe stayed here a few years ago and it was outstanding but this stay was the biggest disappointment of our Europe tour. The staff were not at all welcoming ( apart from Sasha who worked in the afternoon and was super friendly and helpful) The cleaning staff were rude and very unfriendly. We requested two more pillows for our room which didn't materialise until I managed to ask a cleaner who thrust two more at me and grunted something i didnt understand. But the biggest disappointment of all has to be the breakfast, the quality of the produce was very poor, the bacon was actually inedible and when we asked if they were going to put out more sausage at half past eight we were told abruptly that no there would be no more, bear in mind breakfast didn't finish intil 10 o'clock. The scrambled eggs were as heavy as lead , in fact I have never seen any like this before and once again inedible . A very disappointing stay . I write this review in all honesty as I do all my reviews and I have to say this is the hardest one I have written trying to be truthful and state the facts.

United KingdomThe bed - horrible. A foam base, with a thin futon-like mattress above, and with what felt like a feather pillow, which have no support at all for the head. I could have coped with all this, but the thin mattress was in something like a plastic covering, with the result that body heat wasn't absorbed by the mattress, and instead the mattress covering got warmer the longer a body lay on it. It made for a very uncomfortable two nights. I will avoid staying in Ibis hotels from now on.
The hotel itself was good. Very handy for the railway station, and a walkable distance from the Pfänderbahn. There's a SPAR shop in the town centre, excellent for food.
