I like they kept the ancient style with no ultramodern restyling. Room was ok. Location is super, very nice street and close to everything. It's one of the most beautiful part of the city. Employee at the reception was very helpful.

Since my foreign language is not very good, I could not express it at the hotel, but my satisfaction decreased due to 2 points :) Firstly, the bed was not comfortable, I think the foam was thin and it collapsed into it, and the other was that I had a heavy and large suitcase, but since there was no ramp next to the stairs, I had a hard time carrying my suitcase until I got to the reception and the elevator. I think you can put portable ramps on the stairs, even if small.

The location, the staff and everything promised were good. I could experience the feeling of staying in a historical atmosphere.

It’s in a very quiet street with two supermarkets just up the road. Restaurants and cafes a short distance away. It’s very easy to catch the number 2 tram into the city which is only a short journey. Although it’s also a pleasant walk. Bus 13A is a street away which goes to the Vienna train station. The women on the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. The shower was good. Although there is no breakfast provided there are facilities where you can make your own.

The hotel is a very good value. The location is a former school, so it is a bit like staying in a dorm room. But we were sightseeing all day, so we did not need a fancy hotel.

The reception staff are very helpful. They saved us a lot of money by providing us with a street parking pass so we did not have to pay for an expensive parking garage. They are also helpful in providing maps and restaurant recommendations. The location is close to the old town and subway.

They are doing some renovation so the corridors were a bit dirty and sometimes with some noise.

Very good location, the room was clean and the receptionist was very kind. I asked to change the room because I didn't pay attention the toilet was outside of the room and the pension was full, but they managed to change for 2 nights of 3. In general, it was a good experience, the localization is great.

No air-condition (pay attention if you come on Summer time). The bathroom was small, it is an adventure to get into the toilet room :)

The hotel was in a good location - a few minutes of short walk to a U and Bus stations. The room was clean and tidy. We got a good service from the hotel staff.

The shower ran out of hot water really quick.... twice.... that was annoying.... i can handle cold prison style showers.... others may not like cold showers

Lovely historic building with high ceilings and a cosy seating area with lots of plants and pictures of the building's history, and facilities to make coffee and tea, which was really nice. The rooms are simple, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

If you are disabled avoid this hotel. You have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. If you are a large person I would avoid it also unless you don't want to get into the shower. The door is only about 2 ft wide at most. The accommodations are pretty basic. There is a common kitchen that would have been nice if we wanted to prepare meals but we didn't. It is in a quiet location but the rooms open onto a courtyard and nights when the English theater which is next door lets out the actors come out into the courtyard and there's about 10 minutes of very loud noise around 11:00 p.m.

Great location, large room and comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and gave detailed instructions on how to obtain room key during off hours. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood and near both tram, subway, and bus lines.

The property is not a hotel and has short staffing hours. After hours (6 pm) check-in procedures could have been clearer and lighting better to operate the key boxes. While fully practical, the room was rather spartan in feel, as was the area leading to it. Access to the bathroom was awkward and neighbours’ noises very present. The common areas were the most pleasant, but as I was not interested in self catering, they were of no use to me.

The property is in an interesting neighborhood with easy access to the historic centre. A good selection of individual shops and eating / drinking venues.

Two short staircases to be tackled to reach reception with your luggage. My room was quite dark but I faced a courtyard and was on the first floor. I’m told if you get a higher floor it is lighter…makes sense.

Clean, homely, basic accommodation. Friendly staff. Great cleaners, room freshened up every day. Self catering kitchen. Really easy to get to all main tourist spots. Quiet.

There is no ventilation apart from the windows in the rooms which can lead to a noisy working environment due to the outside noise.

Very good value for money in an amazing location. Even though the WCs are shared, there are many on every hallway and as such, I never saw other people using the one directly opposite of my room so it was still private. The rooms are comfortable and have everything for a nice stay - enough hangers and space for personal items, a modern shower and vanity mirror, good wifi and comfortable beds. The staff were also very friendly and nice.
