The last day of my stay i came down for breakfast around 9:20 , it was closed !! So i missed breakfast even though they said it starts from 7 till 9:30 ! Typically breakfast should be until 10:30 !! . The room had no trash bin except for a very tiny one in the bathroom. Lightening in the room was bad , it had only one window that is directed to the hallway , so not that much fresh air comes in !!

The location is very close to the city centre and the central train station, few meters away from the river . The breakfast was ok

Breakfast was ordinary. The WC flange was at the front side of the tank, so you could check your output every time you go WC. No minibar at the room.

The location was 1 minute walk to the main square. The room was extremely clean. The Staff was the nicest.

the location is superb, located in the town center, feeling relax and peaceful, different kinds of restaurants could be found near the hotel. The hotel is right below the abbey. Wifi connection is stable, althought they don't have private parking, but there are many street parking places avaliable right in front of their hotel, free parking from 6pm to next morning 8am during weekday, and also free on Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day.

No hot water due to some kind of brake of heating system. Staff reacted fast reseting the system (2h waiting for warm water) but when you arrive late, after long journey and you can't get the warm water to take the shower, then it sucks. Maybe this was our bad luck.

It met my expectation - I appreciate that the decor was not very upmarket but it didn't matter as the price and everything else was great, including breakfast.

Very good value for money - rooms were clean, warm and quiet. The location was excellent both for access to the train station and for visiting Melk Abbey and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing we had complaints about.

The location was perfect, right in the old town, very near the square and small Christmas market. Quick walk to the river and views of the Abby. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was street parking and was not an issue. The room was small but beds very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Everything was very clean. Breakfast cost extra and was simple and good. Staff were friendly. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

The young woman (a daughter I believe) was an absolute delight. She was bubbly, friendly and so helpful. The location was excellent. In the building there was also a restaurant which was very good, convenient and friendly.

Convenient location in the middle of Melk and 7 min walk from Melk train station. Clean and quiet room. Staff were lovely, and were very happy to store my bag for a few hours after check out.

The Wifi was excellent. This hotel is an older building that has been successfully refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
