A lovely hotel close to good restaurants and shops.The room i had was spacious with windows looking out to the courtyard.There is no air conditioning at this hotel and the rooms only had a fan so in the height of summer this may be a problem.The staff were helpful and friendly.

Later staff wasn't so friendly as the first one. Could be noisy, walls are thin but on the whole it was okay. Hot and airless in my room. Rooms weren't next door as requested although not far.

We didn't like that the windows weren't provided with mosquito nets.

It was very close to all public transport. Very nice ice cream place on the other side of the street. Also, we found a nice cafe nearby. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast for extra 👌

not air-conditioner in the room. But two ventilators in the room. We stayed in summer time. Ventilators were OK during the night. Opening the windows during the night, It was also OK but to much street noisy during the night. Room is OK but need renovation furniture

several restaurant and cafe are around hotel. easy check-in. just 10/15 minutes by walk to center. tram stations are very close the hotel good wifi connection.

No airco in the room, luckily there was a fan in the room. The outside temperature was 34°C or 93°F!

Neighbourhood ( Josephstadt ), spacious room ( typical for this type of hotel + with a very old elevator). Breakfast was ok.

Sound isolation between rooms are not very good. It was very hot in the rooms and we opened the windows, the street was very noisy.

Good price for such a location. The apartament is beautiful, stylish, beds are comfortable. Elevator is amazing!

staff was strange. at 10:30 a guy come to remind us that at checkout was at 11. All guests know at what time is the check out and no need to yell them that.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the room and an extra pillow would have been nice, bit disappointed when I saw a bottle of water and two glasses with a 3.50 price tag on it, bottled water is cheap enough but tap water is perfectly safe to drink in Austria.

The only frustrating thing was a mattresses - they are too soft. It is a not very good for the spine problem.

We liked everything about this cozy, comfortable and nice pension. The Baronesse is a typical austrian old building, with high ceilings, beautiful crystal chandeliers, big openable windows, and big rooms. This hotel is a very well kept place, clean and neat. Location allows to get almost everywhere by feet. The tram stations are right opposite the hotel. We also enjoyed to communicate with the personnel - all this guys in the reception desk are helpful and very friendly, they can give a good advice about everything in Vienna. They also brought us a big fan, when the weather became hot. They really love people and all of them are speaking different languages, which is important. Same are the people in the breakfast room. Breakfasts are good, with a good coffee and variety of fruits and vegetables. We will gladly be back to Baroness.

Breakfast is expensive if not included in booking; extra €14/per person. Curtains don’t block light out, still a lot of light coming into the room when street facing especially when waking up in summer. No fan/air conditioner, can get hot during the night. Can be noisy with street facing room.

Large spacious bedroom. Looked exactly like the photos when viewing the property. Clean and tidy. Able to store luggage upon check-out. Optional cleaning service.

A kettle in the room might have been useful. However there were Coffee machines in reception where you can get coffee or tea for 1 euro

It is close to city center and there are trams very close. Heating was good. Room was silent at nights. It was clean. There was a mini fridge that worked perfect.
