Location. The hotel is situated in the center of a small village. Rooms are sober, not 4 stars. The hotel was closed during the day when I arrived. Slow internet.

1. the Adresse us confusing , „ Hauptstrasse 9, Salzburg „ is not correct , it should be written „ Hauptstrasse 9, Drödig“. 2. I booked 2 rooms for 2 persons mistake ( each room costed 124€) , actually for 4 persons . By check in , I must pay the difference, the difference is 104€ for each room ! In the end I pay 228€ for each room ! It’s not fair ! In App for 2 persons kostet one room only 160-180€, for 1 person 105-125€. I don’t like this selling way , take advantage of guests ! They are almost like robbers 3. before we arrived , they were not so friendly. About my partners wheelchair question , didn’t replay well , didn’t give detail information. It’s very confusing and difficult for us to decide to cancel the booking or not , because the accessibility. 4. on Saturday evening from 19:30 to 21:00 we walked and walked , could find one single restaurant or takeaway . We had hunger and in the end got some bread and Appel from hotel and bought instants noodle in the atomat machine ! 5. the hotel has 4 stars . I don’t see it has 4 star level .

Frühstück sehr gut . The boss gave us 4 appels and small sandwiches for free , because the whole evening we could not find any restaurant and very hungry!

I didn´t like there was not the coffee machine in the room, nowadays , for me, essential. double bed was splitted in the middle, the bed case was in wood so you coould feel a certain distance :)

The mattresses were too soft that my back hurt very bad and I had to sleep on the floor (only 2-day stay). I informed the reception.

Beds were uncomfortable and thin unsupportive pillows. No restaurant on site for evening after a long drive.

Breakfast area was new, clean and there was plenty of choice. It was great to be able to charge my hybrid car.

When I arrived, I was yelled at because the concierge did not receive my email that my check-in time had changed. He then accused me that I had intentionally given the wrong credit card number ( I had typed it in incorrectly, but then immediately corrected it when booking online...) I expect he was having a bad day, but I found the entire interaction extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, not to mention unwelcoming.

They were very persistent in the impossibility of checking in after 7:30 pm….. i find it complicated. At least it was for me. The toom was very clean and ok breakfast. The problem for me was that there were tons of mosquitos. And as the property does not have air conditioning, a window partially opened was a most. By doing so, the room was then full with mosquitos. I keept been awake and killing them every 30 min. It was not the property responsibility, but due to there is not personal at reception or somewere to call i was left alone with no choices. I think an air conditioning ist required.

The rooms and amenities were a bit Spartan. The bathrooms / rooms don’t look like they’ve been posted or renovated in a while and there was one soap provided- no shampoo/conditioner/body lotion which I would have expected from a 4 star hotel

The property was very clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet and super comfortable beds
