The Welcoming staff -in person- when I arrived, I already requested to save my luggage 🧳. The luggage room closed at 4PM but I arrived let’s say 2:30 PM. So I just have to wait until 3:00 PM for checkin, but I was on a train already for 6 hours and I wanted to save my luggage that half hour to go to eat. The lady with long hair does not have customer service at all, the way she receives is not very welcoming.

Everything. Is super worthy, very clean, new, almost the station right next to it, great vegan restaurants around, groceries stores, close to the trams, everything. Also the staff online is super nice and the attention is amazing. The place looks exactly as the photos. Also I touched the fire alarm by accident and their service online is SuperB kind they did everything to help me and stayed in touch frequently.

I liked that the room have had everything I needed.. The kitchenette was well equiped, the working space near the window, the shelves and the spacious closets made the room an ideal space for working travels. On the top floor, there was also a terrace from where you can see the city. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and the personal was friendly. I highly recommend this location. It is near the metro station Heiligenstadt, so you can arrive easily with the line U4. There are also 2 stores, Billa and Hofer, which are useful if you won't spend too much on food.

-We were supposed to have been met at the airport by a driver contracted by either Smartments or by Booking.com and this person was to help us get to Smartments as well as help get us checked in. HIS NAME WAS LANOT, AND HE NEVER TURNED UP. We had to get a taxi which cost us €70 and initially no one helped us into the property, let alone get checked in. -Checking in was difficult during a later hour as no one was around at the front desk to help us get checked in. We had to get help from the other residents to register AND obtain our room keys. The check in process was not made clear to us at the time of making the reservation. -We found out later from other guests that this was often a problem for them as well. -Lack of instructions for using the kitchen hot plate. -Wifi password was not clearly indicated, and another resident had to help us find it. -A diagram of the various facilities available on the property would be helpful, as it took us a few days to learn what and where everything was. -Clearer instructions on using the laundry facilities would also be helpful as the ones that were there were not terribly explicit nor helpful.

Location is great as 50 meters away there is U4 station. Also, a few hundreds meter away from the apartment you can come to river dock and walk for about 4 km to the Schwedenplatz (beautiful view). The building is new, everything digitalised (check in, check out), room was really clean and comfortable.

- If I'd have to criticize anything it would be that it was too hot. We stayed in winter and had to either turn it off or even put it into fan cooling mode or just open the window to get a normal temperature. But better for it to be too hot than too cold.

Main inconvenient that unfortunately lowered the rating was the unpleasant and persistent tobacco smell in the room (even felt in the bed sheets and towels). We couldn`t get rid of it in the four days we stayed there despite leaving the window open and using room perfume. Most likely previous tenants were heavy smokers although when we mentioned this to the reception we were told there is a non-smoking policy in the building. Rather small room but overall a good choice for a short stay

Good location to explore the city (U4 line is literally next to the hotel and provides direct connection to many city attractions, but there is also a tram stop within five minutes walk), quiet room, well equipped kitchen, clean (except the inconvenient mentioned below which I hope was just bad luck), supermarkets nearby. Easy access, smooth check in and check out procedures, useful information sent in advance.

I received the email for online check-in a few days after our arrival and therefore, had we not arrived just before the receptionists finished their roster, we would not have had access to our room till the following day!!

Hotel is situated next to the underground station so very easy to reach. It also has a couple of shops nearby where you can get your necessities. Room had everything we required, was clean and quite. Good wi-fi.
