Don’t know, everything was good.

The flat is great, old building with interesting stairs and high ceiling. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is big and has both shower and bathroom 🥰. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything that is needed, but I would add cutting board. But maybe I didn’t find it. Check-in process is very smooth and easy. Flat is easy to find. Although flat is in the center, it was quiet during night time.

Small minus was the 1st floor without elevator. With a stroller or wheelchair a little problematic. Good to know before your stay there is no intercom in the apartment to open the house door. Overall super happy with place and would come again

Beautiful, clean, spacious flat with a lot of love for the small details :) There were fresh flowers in the apartment and baby equipment (baby high chair and baby bed) which was such a pleasant surprise

Everything. It’s exactly as the photos. Squeaky clean. Quiet street with possible parking (you don’t need a car in Baden) More than enough provided for comfortable stay. Location is perfect - you are literally within 10min from anywhere you want to be. Host is so kind and helping.

Curtains were broken. Boiler broke down and was only fixed after 2 days. 2 days us far too long with no hot water. Washing from previous cleaning still hanging up when we arrived.

We have been waiting for more than 3 hours (!) because the key was not in the key box. Though the host was available on the phone and she was very kind but could not solve the situation earlier. The apartment is not bad, but way far from being luxiorous as advertised.

It was very cold. Heating was working on max but couldn't heat the place. The temperature was around 15-16°C. Unbearably cold.

Good location

Curtains in the main bedroom were missing meaning the occupants of the opposite flat could look straight into the bedroom. The bathroom door would not lock and when youndid close it you got stuck in side. There was washing left drying in the living room. The flat smelt damp when we arrived. The curtains in the living room didn't close as they were too small. The maintenance man came and fixed the missing curtains in the bedroom and then filled the toilet with brown poo looking putty which needed to be cleaned before we could use it. Also no curtains in the bathroom and see through door.... could have been a nice apartment. Also didn't receive the details on how to get the keys... had to call them for details.

The apartment was exactly how shown in the pictures and it was very clean. Spacious and comfy. Good location (you can walk everywhere including to the main train station).

We stayed one night in this apartment and it was a terrible night. Despite the fact that the apartment is gorgeous and we were happy to move in, when we encountered a problem in the apartment - no one could and did not hurry to help us. When we arrived at the apartment with groceries from the store, we found that there was no electricity (old plugs in the apartment, needed replacing probably). We contacted the administration, we were told to wait for the master (specialist) to arrive. We waited a long time for the master, and when he arrived, he looked absolutely not professional, dressed like a beach, with him came a few girls. The "master" himself had only one screwdriver with him, which he could not fix anything with. As a result, we at night were in pitch darkness without the ability to charge the phone.And most importantly, we didn't see proper support from the administration. The next day the team of booking.com returned us the money for the stay, but no one will return the spoiled vacation. Be ready at check-in that in case of problems the administration will not rush to help you. And take candles with you just in case to see something in the dark.

Location is excellent: walking distance to downtown (shops, market, bakery), to the big parks and to the Lokalbahn (tram which takes you to Vienna or the train station). We loved the spacious flat and the big bathroom and also the atmosphere of the 19th century house.

Key was easy to get with a key door lock. Code was submitted before arrival via email. Appartment is great for family of 4. kitchen has all the needed equipement such as diswasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. Good wifi and also netflix is included

The temperature in the apartment can be a little bit higher. In the interior lobby ( space between kitchen and bathroom ) can be some blinds which will give more privacy from the main staircase. There were only curtains.

Flat was exactly like on the pictures. There was a lot of space. Apartment was clean and cozy. Apartment is huge and high :) There was a private parking 300 meters from the apartment :)

Everything was just perfect! Mario gave us all the informations that we needed before our arrival. Apartment was beautiful,big, clean and just few minutes on foot to Romertherme, Casino,City Centre…Definitely reccomend!
